This place is a GODSEND ! So grateful to God for its location and all that work there… God bless them all and thank you… it’s easy to use and centrally located for our area and very organized… they will tell you where to drop off your stuff when you pull up, as all the bins are numbered and labeled

So I went to east pasco recycling center and the people working in the entrance treated us like criminals. Yes I forgot my card but it’s not like I wanted to steal my dumb my trash. I was telling the man there that I accidentally left it home. The man working there named Fred then just started to make a copy of my drivers license without saying a word all mad. Then walked outside still saying nothing he wrote my plate number still said nothing so we had asked what’s next are we going to get billed or something he rudely finally replied “you have to pay before 4pm!” then we asked what happens if I can’t make it knowing i have kids to pick up “Fred then screamed at us if you don’t come the sheriff will be going to your house! Ver very rudely. Also the prices are unbelievable!! Update we went back to pay and the man (Fred) said it was free then we reminded him who we where and suddenly remembered

I needed to drop off a mattress and the process was smooth and seamless. The staff were so kind! It was my first time there so I didn’t know what to do however, they guided me and were great!

Linda Reffuse is and has always gone above and beyond to be the most helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous employee with a ten thousand mega watt smile to boot. She even remembers to greet my child by name , and in my opinion , deserves all the accolades and wage increases possible ! This time in our existence, it is rare to find someone personable and helpful, no matter what the business may be, except for Chick fil A . It is always someones pleasure at CFA.

Ridiculous policy to charge per pound for bringing mixed stuff. This is the place to trash waste. Does this mean I have to bring one category item at a time so that won’t get charged? Today I brought two pieces of furniture and some metals got charged, so unfair.

I have not met one employee in the past 5 years going, who hasn’t been kind, courteous, and helpful. I can’t say I enjoy going to the dump, but the people there are informative, and make it as easy as possible.

Very clean and organized location. Staff is friendly. They make you seperate everything and put in different locations wich is time consuming if you're a business and not just a resident dumping personal trash.

Well, I mean technically, it's a dump but it's cleaner than any house I've ever seen on an episode of Cops.

Also, the employees are friendly and make everything go very smoothly.
