DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!!

I had an order placed for 50 lbs of berries which I had a pick up date scheduled for Wednesday. I was called on Monday and told the owner cancelled that on me and that I could only come on Saturday(but was told my berries were being picked tomorrow Tuesday and would be sitting there till Saturday pick up).
I spoke to the gal in charge Lauren and we set up a pick up date for Friday as I sell at farmers markets and am not available on Saturday mornings (she even stated that if her and her boyfriend had to pick them she woukd have my order for me).
I got up to get ready to leave as I live over an hour away and 15 min before I had to leave I hot a call from Lauren and was told she didnt have my order again!
Well not my full order....
I ordered 20 lbs of tayberries and she said those are completely gone she didn't have them....well wait....how long have they been gone?
Her response, last week..,.ok so they took an order for a berry they didn't even have!

I ordered 20 lbs of loganberries. She said well they picked 23 lbs for me but they just put them in buckets(my order was supposed to be in baskets in full flats) so she offered a very small discount on those. Well so sorry but I'm not paying OVER $6.00 per lb for berry mush which most will be being packed that way.
My 10lbs of black raspberrys....I have no idea....

I was told via FB message before talking to Lauren I would have my order and they would take care of me.
Lauren stated that the owner Patrick was very old school and very hard to deal with, its his way or no way and its been very hard to deal with him and then have to come back to the customer who keeos getting screwed!
I cancelled 2 contractors to rearange my schedule to get my order, I LOST berries at other farms because I was told I would get them here so there was no need for me to get them elsewhere...now I have nothing!

Please do not give them your business when they are going to treet their customers like this.

Nice place with lot’s of black berries. We visited in a random day. We saw no one but we picked 6 berries for tasting. Restroom and hand washing stations are there. Would be happy to pay for picking berries but didn’t get a chance.
