AVOID!!! I went in to get some finger printing done. I had the pleasure of the person working there berate and just be the most awful disgusting rude jerk that you can think of while following his directions to have my finger prints read. I was shocked that he snapped at me like that out of no where. I don't know why any sane business owner would put someone like that customer facing or even behave that way with customers. There is not a response from them that could excuse that behavior. I looked around the store and noticed all kinds of bad ESD practices with customer computer parts laying everywhere. There is no way that I would ever let someone like that touch my computers. I'm kind of glad that I only came in there for finger printing, so that I got to see what they were really like before hand. I also noticed that they have no IT certifications of any kind listed on their website or otherwise. Which means they follow no professional IT repair standards or customer interaction. Which also means they are just getting by with sub par service as they are not fully educated on how to repair computer systems properly. I would highly suggest that potential and even long time customers try other computer repair businesses in the area to see if there is a noticeable difference in repair standards and behavior!!! Always look for businesses that have actual IT certifications.
Update 1: yikes that's so embarrassing, you didn't even match me correctly, you don't even know who I am..... Ha!
How about another guess? That response shows everyone who you people really are. God only knows how many people you have treated like total garbage totally unprovoked and they haven't bothered to leave a review. I encourage every reader and customer old and new to ask them to present their "certifications" for you to review. People sharing their experiences is the whole point of the review process. If you behave like total jerks to the public who are coming to you for a service that they are paying for then what do you expect?
Update 2: The owner clearly realized how unprofessional his first response was so he made some edits. He still absolutely has no idea who I am and the person and situation that he is referencing is not me. I hope who ever that was leaves a review as well.
His claims of being ESD educated and safe is funny because when I went into the shop, parts were everywhere and not in ESD safe bags or on ESD work mats that were grounded. I bet he reorganized the shop since this review out of paranoia that customers reading this review will pay attention to it now. That's a win for customers who trust these people to repair their devices.
The owner still does not reference their certifications if any they hold on their website or otherwise. They keep referencing that they have them. If they have them why are they not displaying them proudly on their website or describing it in their response? A degree is not and will never be an IT certification. People with IT degrees still have to go and take IT certifications. They say they do web design and you would think this would be easy for them to put on there? Making vague generalized blanket statements about having certifications is not reassuring any customers that you actually hold any. This is crazy suspicious especially when criticized about their poor ESD practices in their shop. Make sure if you are a customer that you make them produce their actual recognized IT certifications for computer repair. Instead of giving me a response apologizing they went on attack mode. Professionals know how to apologize and try and turn things around. They did not do so. So beware of when these guys snap at you and are inexplicably rude to you when dealing with them as paying customers. I was never rude or even said anything to them. Nor was I late or had dirty hands. I feel bad for whoever that customer was. They are willing to put that information out there without knowing who they are responding to which is highly unprofessional. Beware people!
