Very savvy herbalist, generational wisdom. They can accurately diagnose the root cause of your symptoms and prescribed tailored herbal formulas. I went there with an acute bronchitis and in a week the herbal capsules he gave me worked miracles. I healed without taking antibiotics. Same for another formula to support the liver and promote relaxation through adrenal support. Highly recommend it!

wonderful family-owned business. i grew up going to downtown LA chinatown with my mom who is from hong kong. we love to continue to support the family-owned businesses in this neighborhood and i am so happy that i found PCT herbs, across from our favorite bakery. andy was very sweet to my mom and helped me with getting two herbal formulas that i have been trying for about a month now with great success. i look forward to returning here. good atmosphere and i love the wooden drawers - traditional style. thank you PCT! me and my mom will be back!

Amazing family owned shop that does free consultations. They’ve been in the business for thirty years. I happened to come in when the shop owner had his day off but his son, Andy was so kind and helpful. It was obvious he had extensive knowledge about Chinese medicine and helped recommend capsules and herbs for teas to buy. Highly recommend!

Old guy working in the morning is so rude. He wore a mask, he does work here I doubt some random guy came in to sweep. Also there was at least one or two female employees working there and they talked to him behind the counter so he def works there. I was looking at stuff and he came up to me with a broomstick and said “move I’m working” and started sweeping. Asked what one of their products was, which was in another language and had no English words and he ignored me.

It was this location, I checked the sign before I wrote a review also I go to this area often so I know that shops around especially this one since I’ve shopped here a couple times.

The owner is a terrible person, I visited Chinatown this weekend and he was screaming and kicked out a street vendor lady just because is latina selling in sidewalk like other Chinese vendors...the latino community should not support this business anymore. She was crying and he didn't stop the aggressive comments, is a rude and abusive man.
