I have always loved Pea River. But, I called today to see if my last day due could be changed 1 or 2 days. My husband gets paid on the last day of the month, and the last day to pay is always a couple days before then. Absolutely no help. None. Wouldn't even listen. You can do better Pea River.

My husband was in the hospital and I paid all of my bill except 50 dollars we got home today and they had a notice on the door threatening us that if 60 wasn't paid by 9 am today they would disconnect my service. Now they charged us extra 10 for being late and I just got home to see the notice so how was I to pay by 9 am. Anyway I spoke with a lady that just works there and she said I needed to pay the 60 now. I advised her I could pay 25. She had to place me on hold to get that approved and then she said you gonna pay the rest tomorrow right after I advised her I could pay the rest Wednesday. I throught this was very disheartening to do to customers that only needed help this onetime. I have always heard bad things about the company now I got first had rude unprofessional and people with no feelings for the customers at all. I will try to never ask for help again with 50 dollars being my balance.

A bush in my front yard was sprayed when they were spraying the roadside. I called on Thursday and they called back the same day. The next day, early Friday morning, they were out taking pictures and talked with a person in charge. Like two hours later a skid steer was out and took out the bush. The boss came out and said it might have been the county but wasn't sure and they took it out anyway, just so I was satisfied. He also recommended that I don't replant in case this happens again. Now that is awesome customer service and I appreciate it greatly. Next day service and problem solved! Thank you!

My electric bill never runs more than 6.00 a day and yesterday i was charged over 11.00 without a change in the way i use it. Why is electricity so high?

I made a review previously and ended up deleting it. I should've left it! Their system is a mess. It goes down and when it comes back up, it "estimates" how much electricity you've used, according to their customer service reps. It isn't accurate! Then, when you call customer service, they talk over you and don't allow you to speak and are very rude. Pea River, you've got to do better! Your customers are what keeps you in business.
