We have been in our home six years now and to say we struggled to find consistent, reliable and trustworthy service for our A/C would be accurate. We finally asked our neighbors and they gave us a VERY strong recommendation for Peaden. We encountered five different Peaden employees starting with Stephanie to schedule. Jamie was the first to arrive as our service technician and was extremely competent and likable. He gave us detailed pictures and explanations and compared all three of our units. It became clear one of those units was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. Next to arrive was Zach who gave us many detailed proposals, answered all our questions and secured us a very fair price, based on what we had previously seen. Finally, Nick and Jake came for the install and were efficient, fun to be around and clearly knew what they were doing. The proof is in the attached pictures and the cold air pumping out of our system. Everyone involved was incredible and we are so grateful to have found Peaden. We are now elite program members and highly recommend Peaden for your next A/C service!

We had two brand new A/C units delivered and installed today at our home. One was a 3 ton unit for downstairs, and a 2 ton unit for upstairs. Peaden texted us yesterday, and today about what time to expect them (@8:30 am). Two Vans, and three technicians; Clay, Colby, and Terry provided exceptional service!! They were all great!! They put a protective “runner” in the area they were to work, and kept things very clean and orderly. Our Point of Contact for the job, our salesman, Zachary Leonard, who was Fantastic, told us to expect the installation crew to take about 8 to 9 hours to install the 2 New A/C units…it took them about 6 hours!! We were very impressed and satisfied with their work!! Clay helped me with the New Thermostat which is a Honeywell T6 Pro WiFi controller which is so capable!! Great work Guys!! Thanks so very much!!

Victor listened and found the issue within 30 mins. Dead compressor roughly ~3k to fix. Unit is 18 months old. My previous home never had a compressor fail (11+ years). Very surprised. Tyler and Colby function well as a team. They were successful and restored my services!

For all the great reviews this company has, I didn't expect such a poor experience. Set up an appointment for Monday and took the day off of work. I was called every two hours to be told I am still on their schedule for Monday. No plumber showed up on Monday and was told at 7 pm that my appointment was moved to Tuesday... Without even being asked if I could be home. Then Tuesday a plumber I think may have showed up but no follow up call or email. Just no word. Called today and was told a message was left for me saying the work could not be done by them, I never received any message. I would not recommend this company. My time was wasted.

This company put my mind at ease. I just bought a house (my first house) and the circuit breakers kept popping. I called them and they took care of the rest. They kept in contact and let me know when someone was on the way. Donovan was so nice, knowledgeable, and understanding. I appreciate this company and their kind team members from the receptionists to Donovan himself. Thank you Peaden!!!

I strongly caution anyone considering Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electrical to explore other options. We engaged Peaden for over five different services, and in every instance, the work was plagued with issues requiring multiple technicians to return and correct their own mistakes. In several cases, Peaden was ultimately unable to resolve the problems, forcing us to hire other licensed contractors at our own expense to complete the work properly.

Their back office operations are equally disorganized and unprofessional. Peaden consistently failed to adhere to their own agreements, making billing and scheduling unnecessarily difficult. In one instance, they proposed a solution that we accepted, only to later attempt to unilaterally change the terms of the legally binding written agreement when the test results did not align with their expectations. On another occasion, they charged our credit card without authorization for a job that had not yet been completed. Communication was a constant struggle—we had to follow up repeatedly just to obtain basic information, only to be met with unfulfilled promises and a complete lack of accountability.

Peaden frequently claims that customer satisfaction is their top priority and assures clients that they will make things right. However, these assurances are meaningless when the company lacks the competence to effectively resolve the very problems they create. Their repeated failures demonstrated an inability to deliver quality service, rendering their promises empty.

Furthermore, despite explicitly instructing Peaden that they were no longer permitted on our property, they sent a contractor months after a job was completed to "touch up" paint. Given their history of subpar work, this appeared to be yet another attempt to address deficiencies they had failed to correct the first time—without our consent.

Considering the repeated issues, wasted time, and additional expenses incurred due to their incompetence, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Peaden to anyone. A professional company should stand behind its work, honor agreements, and respect customer directives—unfortunately, Peaden has demonstrated the opposite at every turn.
