I have been trying to get my 2023 W2; it took HR Janette almost 2 weeks to respond back after sending servo emails about it. After she finally replied to my email without work ethic, she refused to give my W2 because I didn’t have my badge number, which makes no sense. Why would I have my badge number after not working there for over a year? And then she requested a paystub, which I didn’t have either because I also lost access to my Paycom, so she refused to email my form. After I sent her my SSN and DOB, I even offered to scan my ID and passport to identify checks, but she just stopped replying, which was very inefficient. I had to call Paycom customer service, and they actually helped me restart my Paycom account without any badge number or paystub. From what I know, she has always been rude.

Absolutely Impossible to reach this company, at least the California Branch. if you can find another company to take care of your needs I recommend you do.
