A few weeks ago, the HVAC in our home gave up the ghost and died. The system was a 6 year of POS that had been placed in our home by AHS and had cost us thousands just in the cost of refrigerant. A lot of companies advertise 24 hour/day, 7 day/ week coverage and same day coverage. Those ads are words only. But with Perfect Service they live by these words. My contact was Andy and a more considerate and compassionate man you will not meet. Him and his manager, Joey along with the 4 men all have the hearts of servants. Without me ever saying a word, they recognized the fact that I share a home with a disabled spouse. The minute they came to the realization that a better breathable atmosphere inside my home was not just about comfort, they moved heaven and earth to get a new system installed that very night. I thank God that people like this still exist to provide help when we need it. Their service was just what the company name says, perfect. Thank you Andy.

Showed up on time. Went right to work. Inspected attic and basement units and cleaned both outside compressors within the time for the service appointment. Cleaned up after himself and did a great job overall. Very pleased with this company and everyone in it that I've met. Recommend Perfect Service highly for all heating and cooling needs. Very courteous people who go that extra mile to make sure your experience is a great one. I very much recommend their service agreement for your piece of mind.

Perfect Service has serviced my parents home heat pump for 20 years. It is because of their high quality work, attention to detail and professional staff and techs. My dad's heat pump was recently replaced because the techs caught a problem that would have completely shut down his unit. Perfect Service was with us every step of the way making everything effortless in a quick time frame. They made buying a replacement heat pump a breeze at a very reasonable price.

My HVAC unit died in the winter of last year. I called Perfect Service Heating and Air. They came out looked at the unit and determined the best scenario was to replace the whole unit. They worked well into the night getting the unit in and working so I would have heat. Each young man was courteous to me and my husband explaining the cost as well as the service involved and extended warranty.
Fast forward a year, it is time for the annual inspection. Tim was the technician sent to my home. He was clean, courteous and very knowledgeable. From first putting on booties over his shoes to enter my house to inspection and explanation what service needed done, he was nothing but professional.
Perfect Heating and Air far exceed any business in product availability, knowledgeable technicians, and outstanding customer service. They call to remind you about the annal inspection and work around your schedule.
If you have HVAC issues this is the company to call. You will not be disappointed.

Our Tech arrived early, was courteous and polite, and without delay accessed our needs. Since this was a scheduled maintenance, he cleaned, and checked for any issues, then he explained to me the proper use of the system in order to get the best service.

I want to say a special THANK YOU to Joey Irwin for helping after hurricane Milton. He sent tons of water and some of his crew to help. We are in Florida just north of Tampa. Our area was devastated by the storm. We had several trees down blocking not only our road and driveway but were in the way of the electric trucks coming in to restore power. His crew worked day and night to help us clear it. We also had no running water. His donation allowed us to have drinking water for several days. I could not be more grateful for his generosity.
