Victor is experienced and knowledgeable about every aspect of the work he performed today. He sealed a crack in the basement wall, he installed a new pump, a backup pump, and a battery back up in our sump pump area. He also trenched and installed new PVC piping to drain our sump pump water across the yard, and away from the house. He tied the pipe in with our existing downspout waste water which removed all that extra water from the exterior of the house as well.
His partner Luis is also experienced and knowledgeable.
We are very satisfied with the results of their work and their professionalism.

After Mariano figured out the problem, I tore down the wall and confirmed his discovery. Perma-seal sent Sergio and Sergio #2. They professionally put in a Drain tile. I am know a very happy and satisfied customer, and the cost was fair. I hope I never see you guys again!!! But, that should be a good thing right? Godspeed.

Jose and crew did an awesome job on my driveway. We had a couple of trip hazards. The crew took great care working together on the project. All 4 guys were respectful of our lawn and cleaned up after themselves. Driveway looks great.

Our driveway, sidewalk, and front porch areas were starting to get in rough shape. Perma Seal came out to do the repairs to make it stable and level again, along with filling the few cracks and seams. Joaquin and Luis were great. They answered all of my questions, did the work quickly, and left the job site clean. Any areas I questioned, they promptly addressed. They drilled small holes, injected each area with foam which lifted and leveled all of the concrete slabs. They finished off with sealing and color matching all of the cracks and seams to the driveway color as close as possible. This is the best alternative to having the entire driveway, sidewalk, and porch replaced. It looks 100% better and I am pleased with the results.

As for the installation, I’m very satisfied. The crew arrived on time, introduce themselves, We’re very polite and friendly. They kept me informed throughout the install & answered all my questions. As far as the effectiveness of this process I’ll have to wait and see.
