Permit Express charged my credit card for services that we did not request or approve. I notified Kamol immediately and have been working with my lawyers and a collection agency to try and recoup the almost $6k he stole from my company. At one point he said he would 'make things right'. However, the last year and his response to our collection efforts indicate that he will not be returning our money. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This company is a total scam it is a joke Kamol the so-called owner does not return voicemails does not return phone calls never answer this phone has an answering service that answers all his calls. This guy is a scam he is a big scam do not use beware!!!

Update: Would you like me to post the check you received from my company for services that have not been rendered completed or followed up on? Just return my money or get my permit and you won’t see any problems. You should be ashamed Kamol Farid you’re a scam you have an answering service that answers your phone because you’re obviously hiding from something.

Permit Express is the worst I have ever seen. This company has not lived up to their advertised responsibility to clients, community or family as they claim on their website.
Simply; it took 3 days shy of one year to get my permits issued. There is a “Blight” placed on my property, and I have been hit with a $60K tax bill. I have been out of my fire damaged home 18 months and it still remains as it was the day we walked away from it on July 2017.
I was naïve enough to think when you pay someone to do their jobs, they are qualified and competent to do it. Clearly, I was wrong! Nothing about my project was expedited, fast tracked, or rushed. If anything, it was completely the opposite. Don’t know how I got so lucky. Do your research even if you have a reputable contractor. Find out about his Service Providers and Stay on top of them. It’s like watching a bunch of kids at daycare.

My Expediter: Kamol Farid, incompetent, unprofessional and unqualified.
