This is my first time using this company and I would have to say that so far I am a satisfied customer. Derek was the technician that came to our home. He was very polite and informative about what he would be doing and answered any questions I had. He took his time and made sure that he didn’t miss any areas, he even made sure to spray the tree that the boxelder bugs seem to be coming from. So far I have noticed a lot of dead bugs rather than live ones in just 24 hrs, so it seems to be helping. The process was very easy and everyone I spoke with was very polite. Thank You Derek and the rest of the crew for making this a good experience so far!!

Randy from Pest Control Consultants has been awesome! He’s knowledgeable and thoughtful, always trying to come out as soon as he can whenever we need our house to be treated or re-treated. He’s been servicing our home for about a year now mainly for silverfish, ants, and spiders. We seldom see any pests at all anymore, so the treatments work very well! When we do see the rare silverfish, etc, we just call for a re-treatment. It’s a very easy process! Customer service is just overall fantastic! So far, we’ve been very happy with Pest Control Consultants! Highly recommended!

I have not seen any type of insect in my house since using this company!!! Product is safe for babies to be around which is another plus that it’s that powerful yet safe. The technician, Michael, is amazing - professional, informative, and you can tell he cares about his work. Would highly recommend!
