Horrible customer service and too pricey for absolutely nothing. Owner Larry Kravitsky is highly unprofessional. Had their team come service my home, nothing was killed I had pests the next week.

Horrible management. Larry was negligent on the phone and hung up on a paying customer. Had to call back 4 times to have my appointment rescheduled because I was hung up on twice by staff.

After reading alternate reviews on Yelp, BBB, Facebook and Google along with Larry's responses to these reviews, one can clearly see the company is unstable and should not have anyone's business.

UPDATE- On 9/17 I called your office for pest service for both ants and bugs, I was quoted almost $300 for the general service then $75 for just one treatment, mind you I live in a 2 bedroom condo - to me this is ridiculously high. On 9/18 the tech came out and sprayed my home for all of 10 minutes and did not treat for bugs as I very clearly expressed my concerns to the front office as well as tech Chance; he did not happen to notice when he came, this is false information. I expressed these concerns PRIOR to him coming, for you to say you did me a favor by not up-charging me is laughable. I did not have to leave for work, I had an alternate appointment to go to; proof you were not listening while you had me on the phone and just wanted to hurry me off. I scheduled a morning appointment and I was given a four hour morning window that they would come - no one called me to update me of any time change. I never gave you or your company permission to reveal my full name, but here we are with further top notch customer service.

If only Larry K, owner put forth the effort into the phone conversation he had with me than he did with his response on my review, my review would have never been one star. Still one star for lack of care on his behalf. I called for a service for BOTH ants and BUGS, I also requested a MORNING appointment which I was given a window of time; no one reached out to me to update me of these changes. Please do more research before responding so flavorfully.

Many people only do reviews when they have negative experiences. I think that is human nature but I feels it skews the true results of a company. I read all of the negative reviews and felt an obligation to show the other side. I’ve used this company for five years (recommended by my real estate agent when I bought my house) of course I found signs of termites after closing even though my inspection was negative. This company (that did have a different name back then) did a great job. I have the yearly contract which is worth it. I have had them come a couple times through the years if I ever see termite signs. I’ve never had an issue with anyone in the office or the gentlemen who have come to my home. They’ve always been very pleasant.

Used this company for termites. Highly unprofessional and reckless. Damaged my house while tenting, didn’t fix what they broke. The interior treatment left holes in my walls and moldings, never repaired. The worst of all is the tenting failed, they stopped answering my calls and e-mails and went MIA. Had to take them to court. Do not use this company under any circumstances. Liars and thieves. They charge for a service which they do not provide.

I hired them to get rid of ants inside my house. They recommended that they also spray the outside and said that they would guarantee the work if they came monthly I signed that contract after their first visit they didn’t honor their contract. They didn’t come from October to January. They tried to bill me for $40 even though no one had been there. When I spoke to the very rude, aggressive woman on the phone, I told her I did not want the service and it was canceled. She told me that that would nullify her warranty. She did not take any responsibility for the three month gap when they forgot to provide service. She told me that she would speak to a supervisor and get back to me. She did not. The service man showed up today. I asked him to leave explaining that I had said that I no longer wanted the service. When I called the very rude, aggressive woman again, and told her that I did not owe her money because they were in breach of the contract by not showing up for three months she threatened me with a legal situation and hung up the phone!!
Stay away from this company!!
Then a man, Larry from company called me. I said, “ Are you going to yell at me too.” He said, “ No! I’m putting a lien on your house!” Just as rude and aggressive as lady.

My wife and I have been using Pest Depot for over 20 years. First for our house in Boca Raton and now for our Villa in Deerfield Beach. They have always been fair and honest. I am shocked by the negative reviews. Some people just like to complain about everything. Larry (the Owner) is very kind, knowledgeable and a man of his word. His technicians are also top notch, especially Steve who goes above and beyond. Beth in the office should also be commended for being extremely capable and polite. Larry runs a professional company and we will continue to use Pest Depot as long as he is in charge.

The following review is 10 months after my previous review.
My wife and I recently returned from our other house in NC (end of October) and attics were infested with rats. Contacted Pest Depot and they sent someone over right away. First Steve came by and set traps and placed glue boards in the attics. He also closed up a hole he found in a vent on the roof. He is very knowledgeable and nice. Rats have been caught every week for the past 1 1/2 months. Steve is a big man and has trouble climbing into attics so Tiffany has been our technician for the past 3-4 weeks. I cannot say enough about Tiffany. She has gone up in our attics many times and searched for ways they are getting in and has closed up the holes she has found. There have been many rats (mostly babies) taken out by Tiffany. Tiffany is the hardest working, nicest, person you would ever want to meet. She is knowledgeable, extremely reliable, and the one you want to be your technician. My wife and I are very comfortable with Tiffany and feel that we are nearing the end of this nightmare. We will then have Tiffany clean up the attics and hopefully be free of these rodents.
