Called ahead for a very simple pipe fitting when we arrived (after we called) we were told "oh we are out of that product" and this was a very basic fitting any hardware store would have.i guess except Peter's, don't waste your time just go to Home Depot......I wish I could give them less than one star a long time resident of Jensen Beach Florida 35 years, again don't wast your time,.....

They have a poor selection and the staff is not knowledgeable. Drive an extra 10 minutes to Lowe’s or Home Depot and save yourself an hour.

Usually don't write reviews but....I had to today. I'm new to Jensen Beach and wanted to find a hardware store closer to home than the big box stores. Just needed a couple keys made. All the staff couldn't have been nicer. Was greeted immediately and had a friendly, funny experience. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I will be back!

My wife and I are new to the area. I have visited twice in this week, and each time I was greeted by personable and customer-focused staff. First time I met RJ, Ted, Max and Doug. All were very helpful. Yes, this will be my go-to place where I receive personal care vs the Big Box stores. Thanks to all the fine staff!

Worst experience ever. Guy couldn’t help me with bolts because they’re going through some new vendor. So I had to try and find what I needed all over the place since nothing was in the screw boxes. Then, kept checking on me every 30 seconds as if I was going to rob the store.

I have never been to this store nor do I live here in Jensen but I guess they must have a lot of to robberies….

Then, at 5:59pm the lady and the old man rushed me out saying they have to close the store.I could not tell you the last time I was rushed out of a store as a paying customer, before or right at closing time.

Will not be back.
Times like these where I don’t feel bad supporting the big box chain stores vs the small pop stores. At least I don’t get harassed when I go to Home Depot.

I will say Palm City store was a different more positive experience.
