Use to love coming here, only stopped coming because they were always so busy. Stopped by today and so much has changed, the spicy honey mustard is not the same, all the good chips are gone, no fountain drinks, and it just smelled bad. Not to mention 1 piece of lunch meat on my $13 wrap and soggy lettuce. Very disappointed.

I've been going here for years. Before I wouldve given this place 5 stars. I always get the same thing every time. I ordered a hot pressed wrap and it wasn't hot. Also the honey mustard isn't the same anymore. That was my reason for getting the wrap I normally get. Also the meat looks store bought now and not like it used to. Super disappointed because I've loved this place for years but I don't think I'll be returning now. Also only about half of my whole wrap had meat on it.

I have been eating here for years. For the past 3 years, my boss has given me a gift card for them for my birthday. I have participated in their frequent buyer program. I went last week and was told that the cashier would give me one last stamp but, from now on, the only way I would get a stamp would be to buy a large wrap instead of a half. I showed her that I had two rewards with 8 out of ten ( ten needed to redeem a free wrap). The food is still great but I don't feel that is fair.
I hope they rethink their reward program, maybe having half a stamp for half wrap. I really like their healthy food. It tastes good and I feel that it is one of the healthiest chooses I have that tastes good. I can usually only eat half. I am trying to watch weight and health!

The dauphin street location in Mobile is a great location with excellent food and service. I had to bring my dog in for water as it is almost 100 degrees outside and we are traveling and could not leave him in car while we ordered food. The staff was very nice and said it was fine that he stayed inside as long as he didn’t bother the other guests (they said they were okay with it). The staff brought him bacon and water and were very accommodating. I thought that was very nice as they didn’t have to do that at all. Also, it is Memorial Day and they have a table reserved for fallen veterans with a folded flag and chair resting on table to save the seat . Very sweet. Food was great , highly recommend .

Stopped and got sandwiches and soup to go for my daughter and I. Her soup was cold. As I started the second half of my $6.75 Cuban sandwich I thought I felt a hair in it. Yes, I did, I pulled almost 8 inches of hair out of the part of the sandwich I hadn't eaten and it was wrapped around the mouthful of food. I struggled to keep my food down and went back. I asked for the manager and she told me they don't offer refunds but she would remake it. I told her I didn't want any more food from there. She then fell back to I would have to talk to the owner to get a refund. I reminded her I paid with a Credit Card and I can just dispute the charges. I also told her if I had to take the time to deal with the 'owner' I would want my billable hourly rate paid. I mentioned a complaint to the health department and she finally gave me $6.75 slapped it on the counter clearly pissed at me in front of other customers. I won't be back!

I love this place. I always order the 38 (turkey wrap). When they moved from their location in Hillcrest I about had a heart attack because I thought they were closing for good. I'll make the drive there to have my wrap. I definitely recommend.

Went yesterday to get some dinner and we were disappointed. My sister's potato soup was bland, and her paddy melt was almost entirely meat with very little other ingredients. She also ordered a sweet treat, which was out. They gave her unsweetened tea with sugar added. All the sugar settled to the bottom and it tasted terrible. My mom's salad had croutons that she'd asked to not have due to diet. My reuben was also too meaty and didn't have any cheese as far as I could tell. The food took quite a while to make, though I'm not sure I could say how long. I know that they said on here a month ago that they are training new people, but this experience was deserving of two stars. I hope things improve for them in the future.

First time having Roly Poly. I had the Philly melt and it was so delicious. I only had a half but was so good that I had to order another half. Guess I'll know better next time to get the whole. Great visit, and will definitely frequent more often.
