Charlie is amazing! He helped me get into a bad ass K4 for the right price. He helped me sort out the mess of the trade in. I recommend going here if you want a car. They aren’t predatory and don’t use aggressive measures to make a sale. I felt comfortable and was taken care of.

Do you want a car dealer that is honest, respectful especially of your time, and is easy to deal with ? well Phil Smith Kia is the place! This is my experience. I found a vehicle on the internet for my daughter, it had a great price , so I reached out to the dealership. With in minutes, I was contacted by sales person Jorge Estrada,
I had to wait about a week before being able to drive from Miami Dade to Broward. So all I could do was call ask Jorge for additional information, photos, and vehicle status. on his cell phone, who does this?

Jorge, did not fail, everything I asked for he provided. Finally, when able to see the car and before starting my 40 plus mile drive I called again to make sure I was not wasting my time and Jorge honestly told me the car was there and waiting for me. upon arrival, the car was there.

However, because I have had many horrible experiences with car dealers in the past my guard was up and was ready for the lies, deception game playing dealer tactics battle. However, as time went on I was proven wrong and my faith in car buying at Phil Smith Kia was renewed.

During the process I met Mr. Jason Harris ( sales manager ) and Chris in finance. ( yes I have their cell phone also )
The buying process began! I must tell you I never expected to receive such a level of service and respect and professionalism. We came to a very reasonable hassle free sales price, that I felt very happy with and a deal was made.

I must reiterate, in my opinion and car buying experience there are not that many dealerships like this one big or small.
For sure, 100 % I would recommend this location, I would especially recommend you deal with
