I Think I saw this outfit on this old house on Dec 2 2024 with way better systems then people I know down in sacramento it's a shame what kind of rip offs the older outfits offered there customer ,God bless God bless

If I could give 0 stars I would.... treats there customers horribly!! Took money from people and then went out of buisness and ripped those people off completely. And now run under kuubix energy....be warned ⚠️

One star is 5 stars too many. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Rescheduled 8+ times for our install. Every time they said they would call us back they never did, my wife had to call them every time. I even had one guy show up completely out of blue with no warning to get some pictures, i just happened to be home at that time. And to top it all off the electrician did a pretty ugly job on the panel, as well as some circuits not even working properly in our house. Currently waiting for him to return to fix it as I type this. I don’t like to talk bad about companies, and to give them a chance, but I wish we had never gotten solar from here. It has been a huge amount of stress and struggle just to try and get them to do their jobs. And it’s not even done yet. I only hope I can save someone else the headache and stomach aches that we’ve had.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. My consultant, Eric, was informative, prompt and professional. Hugo, my sales manager, made financing absolutely painless. I was so impressed with the services that Eric and Phoenix Solar provided (including a new roof and electrical upgrades in addition to the solar) that I have recommended them to all of my family and friends

Our experience with Phoenix Solar was amazing! Shane & Mark were professional and timely with communication, making the entire process smooth and seamless. Our solar was installed within a few weeks of signing the contract. The installation was clean and aesthetically pleasing (no unsightly conduit runs). We would recommend Shane & Mark to anyone looking for solar!

I was completely blown away with the level of service I received from Emily Nolen and Jared Condos. They were extremely professional and helpful. I appreciated that they worked hard to get me the best system at the best price. I compared their quote to their competitors and they offered a better price with a better system. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to go solar.

If you want an honest, trustworthy and LOCAL, solar company, give these guys a call! Our rep, Ryan Wright, explained everything to us in a patient and straightforward manner. He answered all our questions and went over the various options with expertise and professionalism. When the time came for installation, their crew did a very clean, professional installation in less than a full day. The system is working great and more than pays for itself. I have no doubt that it'll keep our money out of PG&E's pocket for many years. I recommend Phoenix Solar to anyone!

We bought a system outright july 2019. It is now december 2019 and we still do not have anything. Not even the holes drilled for insulation. They are terrible with communication and do not listen about where you want it located.
Its been over 5 months we gave them money in full and they are not in a hurry to get it installed. They won't pay our PG&E bill after they said we would have a working system in 6 weeks.
I am beyond unhappy with they way they run their business, and their unwillingness to get us what we paid for. I DO NOT recommend, and wish we could get our money back. Terrible experiance.
