Drove today close to an hour for a car that was posted last night 11/05 2024. I'm the fourth one to get into the lot when I get to the car the A-spec packages gone I spoke to the manager and he claims that maybe somebody last night jumped into the lot and stole that. The least they could have done is updated the pictures and not waste people's gas .last time I'll be going to that place

I had a terrible experience with LKQ. They promised to pick up my car between 10-11 AM and assured me they would call beforehand. None of that happened. I even called to confirm, but when I did, they were dismissive and basically told me to stop whining and wait longer. I’m sorry, but I have a schedule to keep and can’t just sit around all day. This was super unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. I won’t be dealing with them again.

Cashiers are robbing people. The cashier looked up the part i bought before paying for it. Compared the price it was $50 online brand new he was charging me $45 for a used part. I'm taking my chances if it would work. Dude, really probably that guy was pocketing money.

The car I needed was located exactly where the inventory said it would be, and unlike some other yards I've visited, the cars are NOT stacked, they're all accessible.
The parts I needed were exactly as the web photo showed, and the prices were reasonable.
I was asked if I wanted a part warranty BEFORE paying, I was not automatically charged.
I'll be back.

The worst junk yard I have ever seen so far. The staff is not polite, the return process is too long (took me 1,5 hours) and the place is full of junk on your way

Very horrible experience
I tried calling to look for a part
It doesn’t allow for me to speak to anybody. It tells me to go into the website. I went into the website and I cannot find any information on the parts that I need horrible I called and dialed option number three to speak to someone they told me I have to go to the location to see if they have the part I’m looking for that is 10 miles away from me and the website is just as bad
I do not want to drive ten miles to find
out they do not have my part
I hope this company loses business and closes down

For all their clean corporate branding and the amount of cash they clearly rake in, this place feels like a poorly run mom n pop operation, and a greasy, scammy one at that.

No carts with a parking lot less than 1/4 full. The property is a narrow straight line, so hope the car you're looking for happens to be near the front, or you'll walk a half mile back to your car in the heat, balancing your tools and dragging your parts. At exit no soap to wash, no paper towels to dry. Long lines both ways. Muddy. Expensive and they'll absolutely refuse to refund their automatically added "guarantee" immediately after the sale. "My extra money now you didn't do it in the right order" is their attitude. Nice being the only game in town I guess.

Go to any Pull-a-Part brand junkyard if you get a chance and see how to do it right: Cheaper parts, cheaper entry, available carts, multiple checkouts, cleaning at exit, heavy gravel yard, no forced guarantee scam. And best, leaving doesn't feel like you just got scammed by a greasy profit-first junkhole.
