This salvage yard has been there since I was a child, I got here in 1965 and they were already established. They are all very nice people very helpful, and it only cost $3 to enter, that covers you for the entire day. This is a great place to save a ton of money?

Good morning eBay.
The seller doesn’t want to refund of the shipping cost.

The frame is broken and has no way of being fixed. Actually is as damaged as the one I have to replace.

I can’t understand why I have to loose $225 because of your mistake.
Please refund $225 as it was seller’s fault.
Please kindly help me to get my money back.
Thank you.

I ask for a price at checkin, when I go to checkout they charge me more and then charge you extra for a 90 warranty. Another person had a similar issue. One of the vehicle I was looking for was not in the row they posted on there site. The younger cashier act like she wants to fight.

I went in yesterday I believe it was Randy was so helpful I could not get part off but the fee for them to pull it off was very reasonable and a 90 day warranty I do recommend if you need a hard to find part checking here he even offered me a bottle of water! Worth the drive

I like the fact you can enter and reenter for the one-time fee. The parts are abundant. The folks are courteous, knowledgeable. The waiting time to get in is quicker than you'd think

Went in to pick up a part that goes for $35.00 online for my daughter’s car. Passenger taillight. Had to go out and pull the part, walk back to check out and asked the guy behind the counter how much. He tells us $55.00. I immediately tell my daughter, let’s order it online, she says we’re here and we have the part ready to install. Poor girl paid the $55 bill and walked out. Right before that the guy behind the counter says hey these come with a 90 warranty. I’m like, how the heck does a brake light break? Has no moving parts. We left and went home to install it. While I’m installing it, I ask to see the receipt. The part was $29.99, plus $9.00 for a 90 day warranty and $6.53 for a wiring harness and warranty for that was $1.96 to give us a total of $60.00. What a rip off, sneaking a 90 day warranty without asking the customer if they need or want it. Then charging her twice for warranties because of the 6” socket wires. Won’t happen again. If you are pulling your part, make sure you tell them you don’t want that warranty on that part. Unless of course it is something you might need a warranty on. Also it’s not a flat warranty, I think. It fluctuates based on the value of the items you are buying. If I’m looking for used parts again, I will drive farther to a different junkyard that doesn’t sneak useless warranties onto my bill. Also it was $3 per person to just walk in and pull the part. That is 3
Times what the wagon wheel flea market charged to park. Overall, just a HUGE money grab. I do not recommend this business to anymore.

Response to owner comment: The cashier should have asked if we wanted to spend more money on a non mechanical, no moving part warranty. It’s not the customers job to look for signs “all over”. How hard is it to ask your customer, would you like to add a warranty to these items? I asked him before he rung it up, how much is the part. I was given the price with the warranty, never any other amount. In this current economy, your customers are paying more than ever for groceries and fuel and other necessities. Maybe make it clear to each customer the real price of the part they pulled to save money on, that you won’t add the extra warranty. Money is tight, that’s why we went to a junkyard to save money.

Horrible experience. I don't go to junk yards ever and hope to god I never have to again. My elderly Aunt needed a rim and tire for her car. I was trying to make sure they had it before I wasted time going there. NO way to call them and talk to a person. When I get there, ALL of the workers were very rude and unhappy. Especially the old lady with the cane. They just told me to go out and find the car with row # and space#. The Latin girl asked me if i needed a 4-way. I said, what is a 4-way, she just rolled her eyes and didn't answer me. After paying my admission fee of $3 just to enter, she picked up the 4-way and handed it to me. I said I guess that is a 4-way, "laughing", with no response. I asked where the row # is that they told me to go to and the old lady just pointed out the door and said go to your left. None of them could walk over to the door and point me in right direction and I was only 1 in there. There was 4 of them standing there. But they all made sure to tell me I had 15 minutes because it was 415 and they close at 430. After walking all over to find the row, come to find out it straight in front of the door to the back. Then it gets better. i come back in to pay and their card reader isn't connecting for the transaction, so they move me to next register. On my way home I get notification from my bank about the recent charges and they charged me twice.. What a nightmare experience. NEVER AGAIN.

I've been coming here for years, never seen such a ripped off prices on parts that don't even know if works, seems that they don't care to keep the customers,i paid $2 more than a brand new starter from napa, and any little plugs, even spark plug wires are expensive, it suppose to be a use parts according prices not whatever they want to charge you,is not worth it anymore.
