Ever wonder why there are so many vehicles and people going in and out of Piedmont Tire and Auto? It’s because they do exceptional work at an affordable price. I have been to both locations for the past 15 years and every time I walk away with a smile. Not only is the work done right, the people who work there are just as amazing. As long as I live here, I wouldn’t dare take my vehicles anywhere else.

This is my third visit to the store (First two visits were really good experience). This was the first time I dropped off my car at 9:30 AM for a safety inspection. I attempted to reach you multiple times by phone, but no one answered. I finally got through at 6:00 PM, only to be told that my car had not been inspected.

If you have a high volume of cars in line, it would be helpful to inform customers in advance so they can plan accordingly. However, if the queue is not being followed properly, that raises an even bigger concern. Clear communication and better scheduling would go a long way in improving the experience.

I left my car Monday, March 3, 2025. Last Name is “Gurbuz”. In previous visits I left my Hyundai Azera and this time I left my Honda Accord. I told by a lady that inspection will be completed that day but it did not.

Reply 2: Google allows only one review per user for a business, so my feedback should not be judged based on my reviews of other establishments. You do not know my experiences with them, and dismissing my concerns in this manner is not an appropriate way to handle customer issues. I expect businesses to address feedback professionally and on an individual basis.

Piedmont Tire & Auto in Gainesville and Haymarket have taken care of my family and I for quite literally decades. They have always provided quotes, performed the work discusses exactly as expected and are great with communication in the event something unexpected pops up. I have a 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro and 2019 Toyota Corolla XSE and they have always been able to handle minor and major maintenance, on both vehicles, in a timely manner, without issue. Highly recommend.

This place is great! Great service but the best part is they are honest. They don't try and upsell and honestly let you know what the issues are or whether you even have an issue. I went to them for a second opinion. The other company told me I needed a new turbo charger on my truck. Piedmont did a thorough review of the vehicle and determined the Turbo Charger was not the issue! They saved me thousands of dollars.

Kevin is very personable and has a great sense of humor, which is perfect when you're stressed about your car.

Kevin, the general manager, leadership, and staff, are very polite, professional, and accommodating!

They have a service option to pick you up and drop you off!!

I would highly recommend their services! I use them routinely.

I can’t believe how awesome every staff member was. I had an emergency tire situation and had it not been for Piedmont I would have been stranded for at least one night. They even offered to come pick me up with my tire if I couldn’t find a ride there. I had called their Gainesville location and arranged everything but accidentally went to the Haymarket location. We had a quick laugh about it and they were more than happy to accommodate my tire fix. Wish I had known about these guys years ago. Kudos and Thank You to them!

I bought a used car from a private seller last week and the vehicle broke down on me that same day and the seller also disappeared. during the breakdown the after pump, belt and radiator were all damaged and I was very worried would cost way more than I could afford. Piedmont's guys took car of me from the very start, from getting my car towed from the highway their to diagnosing the car where at least I found it was in fairly good shape other than what needed repair, not only do they do great work but their prices and the way the work with their costumers I have yet to find in my life. Will be using them for the lifetime of my vehicles

Having tried locally for a good, independent auto mechanic shop, and escaping the clutches of hyperactive dealers, I was very happy to find Piedmont. Both locations are fair dealing and trusted; the shuttle service (thanks, Smiley and John) is courteous and customer service desk (thanks, Biaggi) is good about phone calls to notify you when the job is complete.
