A small but bustling harbor with public walkways and benches with plenty of high end shops and restaurants nearby. I’m a sucker for wildlife so the abundance of pelicans, harbor seals and seal lions was a delight

We bought several types of fresh seafood, including rockfish, as well as crab and uni from the fishing boats here. The prices are cheap, the products are fresh, and the vendors are very friendly. Shopping for seafood here has become a fun family activity.

Gorgeous harbor with a laid back vibe and seafood restaurants. There is fishing access in this harbor and jetty's you can walk out on to fish off of. I heard sometimes you can buy fresh fish directly from the boats here.

Love this marina! You can stay as a transient vessel for a fair price. Lots of nice people live and work here. The harbor master Betty is very friendly and helpful and has gone out of her way to help us multiple times. The anchorage is beautiful and is protected by a sea wall, the price of anchoring is even better!

The pier was named after the congressman who helped raise money for the harbor project. It is one of the most active commercial fisheries. Where customers are allowed to buy directly off the fishing boats. Arrive early, because many boats sell out by late morning. No fishing license is required to fish off the Johnson Pier. The designated area is at the rail nearest to the Harbor Patrol Office. This would be a great date spot. Spend the day fishing or crabbing, while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Beautiful harbor with many activities: kayaking, peddling, surfing, deep sea fishing, and walking along the coastal enjoying the beaches and scenery. Sometimes you can spot harbor seals swimming. You can buy fresh fish from the boats: Rock fish, Halibut, Alaska Salmons, even Sea Urchins.
