If you are looking for a side hobby of managing a pool service provider this is the place for you. They will not come every week, they will not provide notification, so you will need to call them to harass them about providing the service you are paying for. If you don't call, they certainly are not going to make it right on their own. I get these places are a dime a dozen, but there has to be better. I had zero visits in an entire month, I called and chatted with Paul, who said they would provide me a discount for the next month. There was no discount, I am still charged for services I do not receive, which is insanity. Zero customer resolution skills. Even if I didn't like you i would not recommend this place.

Literally worst customer service I have ever seen in my life - we spent 6k to get a new heater installed for the holidays - they came the day before thanksgiving to install the Wi-Fi (useless) for the heater and broke the entire unit. I called / we went to the stores (dirk the owner left before we arrived) they said they would come by and didn’t - so no heater for holidays ! Do not recommend

Dirk helped our Association choose the best pool heater for us. He was patient, professional, polite and knowledgeable. Our new full size Aquatel brand heat pump has been an amazing improvement. Thans to PAP, it was affordable. Mark

Even though this store might be part of a corporation, it still feels like a family-owned business. Every time I have a question about my pool and spa they are so helpful. So helpful that they will help me diagnose my problem over the phone without asking for any money. Recently I was about to spend money on a new pool vacuum (which has doubled in price in less than 3 years), they told me to bring it in and they performed maintenance on it and save me money!!! I highly recommend them.

The staff is nice inside the store. The pool cleaning service is a nightmare. They have high turn around and clearly are not being supported by management if they don't care about servicing the clients.

Great folks....Matthew, Vale and Pam great service and help. When my power supply quit working they provided a loner. Bought my heater, variable pump and chlorination there. Never a problem

I went to the store on Monday to get a filter cartridge and was told their were none and was told they would be getting new filters in on Tuesday. So I went today to get filter I was told by kid at the register that their were none and I mentioned to him that I was told new ones would be coming in on Tuesday he said that they only had a couple come in and I asked him when new ones will come in he said Friday and I asked how many he didn’t know and also said it was a popular item. So then he says I should probably tell them to order more very unhappy customer will not shop here again and recommend all friends not to shop here.
