I have been through many escrows in my life. This place had no communication, no response to phone calls, or emails. No up dates and it has been 3 weeks since I requested a title search and I am still waiting. Even though they said the same search was already done by another party earlier this year. It simply appears to me like they don't really want my business. They have acted like I have put them out, and I paid them before the work was started.

I have an escrow going with this totle company that has been in the works for months. I call at least once a month to ask about the status. Usually i just get shrugged shoulders from them. At no point do they proactivelly call to give me the status. The other person in this transaction is a minority that has difficulty with the English language. As a courtesy, it seems they would do more to help him. I will periodically update this review as the escrow progresses.

I sold my house through Place Title Company. The Escrow officer who worked with us was Jasi Walker. She did such an amazing job and all steps went so smoothly that I could not believe. She was always available to support and help us when we needed documents, even a long time after my house was sold. Thanks Jasi

Lacked professionalism, poor communication as they do not return calls and held our title check for 3 days after it was released. The real topper was they act indignant as if they’re too good to be bothered with basic respect during interactions.

This company does not show the best interest of the client. The lady April yelled at me an miss informed me in signing documents. Then failed to correct it. Very prideful. I will never go to them again !! There policy is success for the client. Well they lie.

Returning phone calls is not a priority for this business. Poor commitment to time frames, which is not favorable in the real estate market. Prepare for a wait.
