2 weeks to have 3 pants hemmed, went to pick them up and they're still not ready. For a service based business, they provide poor service. For the $20 charge per pair of pants, I'll never use them again.

I wanted to give a shout out to Patricia! I gave a shirt for dry cleaning and Patricia was so kind and went out of her way to give me the best service. An accident happened while the dry cleaning was happening and she got alternations done with my permission to the shirt so it looked like nothing had happened to it. It was so sweet of her! She got the alteration done from Stockton and I just wanted to say thank you so much for taking your time to provide the best service! I highly recommend this place!

Best Customer Service! I called all frantic because I needed my dress pressed the same day and he said yes and how fast could I get there! Him and his wife were so friendly!They have gained a forever customer!!

They have great customer service, over the phone and in person. They do a great job with the garments and they are reasonably priced. Today I went in and dropped a suit off last minute and asked to pick it up first thing in the morning and he said he would have it done! Not like other cleaners in the area.

I have used a Cleaners Services for over 60 years, having lived in over 60 locations
in Ca. The owners and staff at Lathrop Cleaners are the Best I mean the Best!!!
I am also aware they sold the the business to other Owners a while back and are now back to provide a 5 Star service....Kudos, Ron

I needed a woolen crewel embroidery dry cleaned. They did an excellent job for about $6. Very nice ladies.
