I've been a Plug PV customer for over 18 months, but for the past two months, my system hasn't been producing power as it should. This has led to unexpected electricity costs, which has been frustrating and disappointing. We finally had an appointment scheduled for today, Wednesday, November 5th, between 1-3 p.m., but just now, at 2 p.m., I received a call saying they won't be able to make it and need to reschedule for next Monday. Meanwhile, we’re left to cover the extra electricity expenses out of pocket, with no offer of compensation. The lack of professionalism and service has been extremely disappointing.
The gentlemen who called us ( can't recall name) said he was going to put us on a brief hold but hung up on us never called us back.

I would get zero stars if it were an option. They will promise you, the moon and the stars, and provide you with an amazing Brochure, but be ready to pay more than what you expected. Because of Employee mismanagement, there was a delay in getting my system up and running, causing me to have to pay not only the loan but also payment to the energy company in my case FPL for at least two months. Due to some system failure, my solar panel have not been producing for almost one month, and they just notified me three days ago. They will not have somebody out here until the end of the month. That’s almost a month and a half during the hottest part of the year. They told me that they only have one service, sir in the whole state of Florida and that’s the cause of the delay in getting someone to my home. So now I have to pay the loan and FPL again. I will be out of pocket about $500, if , they repair the issue by the end of the month. Not only that, I was told that I would be receiving a check to cover some of my expenses during the first delay. I did not receive anything and the person in charge of my file at the time had the audacity to ask me for a good review so he could get a raise. Do yourself a favor and don’t go solar. You want to save the environment? Use the 3 R’s and start by reducing your consumption. Unplug and turn off your appliances when not in use.

Some guys came knocking at my door with no information to give me except their speech. Not even a business card. They also said that their store was in Naples but I only see this one in the area. I did get from them that a 10 kw system would cost somewhere around $60,000 though… ouch!! Glad they gave up on me when I started asking questions like “how much?” and “where are you located.” Etc. Good luck if you go with them… you’ll need it.

Just ignore the bad reviews those have to be competitors of PlugPV or just Karen’s in the world and we know how Karen’s can ruin a situation 🤣 these are all top-notch family men who want the best for all the families they help with the zero down solar program. They answered all my questions for me and were very patient. Once I saw the savings report, it was a no-brainer to make the decision. And so happy I did.. very happy with PlugPV and so my wife. Excellent service 10 out of 10. ☀️💯

Plug PV: from start to finish they provided an amazing experience. The gentlemen that came by were very knowledgeable about all the different options and helped me determine the perfect solar panel system for my home and budget.

The installation team arrived ON TIME and were extremely professional and courteous. They took great care to protect my property while they worked and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The project manager stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process and made sure all my questions were answered. Also to note, they do not contract the job out once papers are signed: you deal with Plug PV from the beginning until the end, no other companies to call down the road.

After the panels were installed, a rep came out to the house to walk me through how the system works and made sure everything was running smoothly. I even have a cool app that I can monitor not only my panel performance but how the rest of my home is using electricity (will alert me if something is using too much). I've had the solar panels for a few months now and I'm so impressed with the amount of energy they produce and how my electric bills have decreased DRASTICALLY.

I highly recommend using Plug PV Solar if you're considering going solar in Naples. Their customer service is top-notch and they use the highest quality materials so you know your system will last (25 year warranty) but most panels will last 40-45 years!
