We've been renting in Clermont, FL for about 6 months now & PMI is our management company for the house we are renting. They did an excellent job in getting our rental application approved quickly! Also after we moved in we saw that they do an excellent job in getting back to us quickly with any maintenance request! We just recently had to get a new fridge because the old one stopped working. They worked as quick as they could with the owner of this house & got us a new fridge delivered within a few days. Great work! Would definitely recommend PMI to rent from or use if you have a house you need managed. Thanks again PMI!

PMI has been pretty easy to work with and the tenant portal has everything in one place (billing, online payments, repair requests, etc). They have been responsive for the couple of repair issues we’ve had. One was a plumbing issue and the other was an AC stopped working. In both cases they responded quickly and had a technician out the next day and repairs were completed in a reasonable time. Also the communication has been excellent. We typically own our homes and renting is not our favorite thing, but I definitely appreciate their model and making it easy for us.
