The pool solar panels have worked well for me over the past 5 years, keeping the pool water temperature really comfortable in relatively cool Belmont, CA. However, I find that every year a a couple of the tiny water pipes in the panels spring holes and have to be replaced. Poco Solar has been attentive to these warranty-based free replacements and have changed the panels or repaired the pipes almost every year for the past 5 years. The only issue that I face there is that they are really backed up during Summers and repairs usually take 3 to 6 months to occur.

Poco Solar Energy temporarily removed my pool panels because I am having a new roof installed. Everything about the experience was positive from the cooperation in setting up the appointment in a timely manner it to the friendly and very efficient crew who removed the panels, stashed them inconspicuously in my yard and cleaned up before leaving. I am sure the work of reinstalling the panels will be just as professional. I might also add that I appreciate the fact that they did not try to sell me new panels when they could have done so. Quite the contrary, they told me mine were in good shape and would last for years to come. It is clear that they are more about good service than making money, and I really appreciate that kind of integrity.

Was unable to replace leaking panel since Service agent sent out a repairman who did not have cool PV replacement panels.
He said he was not the correct man
He found a leak at the joint and tightened it and said to keep an eye on it
It took almost two months of waiting for this appointment and they sent out the wrong repairman!!!
Not good service when I told them the panel was leaking and probably needed replacement

Poco just replaced our pool solar system they installed 24 years age with a brand new system. Our pool service company wanted the business, at a lower price, we politely declined. Darwin, Vern, and the guys are dependable and they are there for you when you need a very rare service call. We have had three over the 2 decades; temp sensor replacement, new shake roof, Poco took the system off and put it back on, very reasonable price and one panel replacement due to damage., tree limb.

The tech,Eddie, arrived early and did a great job of fixing the leaks in my panel and tightening up all connections. He was terrific and did a wonderful job. Poco is the best!

When we purchased our house 17 years ago, it came with a Poco Solar solar thermal system to heat our pool. Over the years, we found Poco Solar's maintenance and service to be excellent. In 2020, after losing our home in the CZU Lightning Complex fire, we had Poco Solar replace the solar thermal system. And because solar panels are required on all new home builds, it was an educated and easy decision to have Poco install a solar photovoltaic system too with an LG battery and 20 panels. Both of these systems were installed in late 2023. We have found all of the equipment to be highly functional and reliable. We initially had a faulty battery, but once the problem was identified, Poco Solar quickly replaced it and we've never had another problem. After almost a year of solar power use, we decided to add four more solar panels and Poco worked with us to jointly determine the most aesthetic layout. Their customer service and technical response has always been prompt, efficient and professional. We live in the mountains and experience frequent power outages, so love having reliable solar energy to provide continuous power. We also benefit from the SolarEdge program Poco provides to track solar production, battery level and energy consumption. We are very satisfied customers and would highly recommend using Poco Solar for all your solar needs.

I’ve used Poco Solar to install and maintain my pool solar system. For over 30 years. Yesterday, Eddie and Edwin replaced 4 Fafco panels that were old and damaged. They did an excellent job and went "above and beyond" with outstanding customer service by cleaning the debris off the roof and fixing an unrelated leak. Eddie is a great credit for Poco.

Poco solar heating has been the only source of heating in my pool for the last 25 years in Redwood City, Excellent!!
After 24 years I needed a new roof and Poco came and removed the old plumbing and 7 solar tube panels. With the new roof installed I decided to install all new panels even though the old ones worked perfectly. They installed them quickly and 5 months later when the weather warmed up I turned the solar heating back on. I heard an odd noise and they came out in two days and said it was not an issue. They checked the system while here and made me feel confident it was working correctly.
