I had a great experience with Point Break Electric and their tech, Shane. He came out to fix our electrical panel and did an awesome job. Shane was on time, friendly, and really knew his stuff. He explained everything clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Point Break Electric AWESOME! Shane is very easy to talk to. They changed out the hard wire connection of the old stove to the plug in connection on the new stove. They were quick. I had them comeback few days later to work on a junction box in the garage. I will be calling them back later for more projects. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS!!

Shane came to troubleshoot my emergency situation, I told him I needed someone out today because half my power to my house was completely out. He communicated with me extremely well and was able to schedule me in same day while already having a busy day. He was upfront about cost / troubleshooting to find the issue. He found it extremely quick ! He found that my buss bar for my main panel was melted and showed me everything and told me cost of repair. Due the severity, they had to come back the next day so they could find a place that was open to located the parts they needed.
They temporarily gave me power until they could came back next morning to make the official repair. They did a fantastic job, response time was amazing, very professional , and very friendly.

Shane’s come to help me wire up a kitchen range outlet and do some assorted electrical work for a bathroom remodel. Great work both times & he was also very enthusiastic about explaining what he was going to be doing. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for an electrician that’s knowledgeable and easy to work with
