We called this business on a Friday at 4:00pm and talked to Price Pollard after smelling a strong odor of diesel fuel outside our home. He was very helpful and ended up coming out the following day (Saturday) to help lay down plastic and oil absorbent rags/booms in the affected area. He also brought a carbon scrubber for our home to mitigate any indoor fumes. Shortly thereafter a crew came out to execute the cleanup operation and an office manager handled all of the VA DEQ reporting on our behalf. The crew that spent a week on our property (Reba, Jeff, and Hunter specifically) not only cleaned up the spill area, but on their way out also smoothed out all of the machinery ruts made, laid grass seed and hay down over those areas, and pressure washed my asphalt driveway to remove all of the clay and dust residue from their tracks. In my opinion this crew went above and beyond and I am very pleased with their services.
