We've been using Pools Etc for a couple years now. They have been fantastic! They're really reliable and prompt, they do a great job (our pool is in its best shape ever), and they're always letting us know if there's anything that's needed.

We also had their help ordering and installing a pool cover, which we ended up having issues with, and they went to the BAT for us with the supplier to get a warranty fix from them.

We're very happy with them and highly recommend!

Your company's service is very good. I don't know the name of the handsome guy who served my family. Sorry, he is very serious about his work.
He cleans the swimming pool very clean every time. I asked him questions that I didn't understand. Although we have language barriers, we can communicate through the translation machine. It's great.

I just started using their service after 16 years with another. Their first visit was to view the pool and the equipment. The pool needed to be vacuumed because of the silt at the bottom. My spa is elevated above the pool and the water would drain into the pool. They said it could be a dirty filter and if not they would check the valves. After the first visit, the pool looks a lot cleaner and the spa retains its water after they cleaned the pool filters. They are also capable of fixing any equipment problems which makes them a one stop shop which is very convenient. They even have an office person that answers the phone!

Thanks to Pools etc and their employee, Ismael, our pool is always crystal clear and reliably ready for a quick swim or a large get together. Ismael is here every week, is polite and helpful, every bit the professional! Pools Etc provides filter cleaning several times a year and assistance with larger projects when needs arise. Communication is fast and easy as is billing. I appreciate their service and highly recommend them!
