I visited this place on my journey to Florida. It was exactly what I needed to sustain me for the drive.

It's off off I-57 and Exit 183 so it's pretty easy to get to. The Customer Service was on point and extremely friendly.

The atmosphere was quiet and calm and very clean. It was cold out, so we were inside, but the outside was tempting and inviting.

My food was nice and fresh and oh so delicious! The fried okra was good and I appreciate the fact that she (I hate that I forgot her name) asked how I wanted them fried.

I highly recommend this spot for some good old BBQ!

5 stars across the board easy! Expectations highly exceeded! I'm from TX and I thought I had tasted it all but I was wrong! This is really a high caliber high quality bbq spot who would be very hard to compete with. Semi parking lot provided as well. Good service and clean business! I can't wait to come back!

Wow. I am so happy to have found this Gem!!! I was like a little kid walking out of this place. I have all sauces on the side .. I got wings and ribs.. side of mac and cheese potato salad, beans coleslaw and their homemade banana pudding! This place has been added to my favorites. 🙂 I will definitely be back

I have kept meaning to stop by this place when I drive past on the interstate and finally at a local person's recommendation I did. their old place burned down and it's brand new now with smoker around back.

They were out of a few things so I couldn't taste everything. But I got the three up sampler of my choice of brisket, pulled pork and barbecue chicken.

The brisket was very thin and dry. The pulled pork was perfect and tender whole the barbecue chicken I felt just came off the grill as it was super hot and not quite perfectly cooked (properly cooked yes, just not as tender as i like) as I like mine super pull apart tender. All very flavorful, and even more So once I started tasting their house sauces.

At first I thought the brisket and pulled pork was extremely small portion as well as potato salad.

Pick 3 meats was 15 (tax included!!), potato salad was 4 for a cash price of 19 or a credit card price of 20.

I was completely satisfied with this meal

The chicken was a 1/2 a chicken and I gave up trying to use the plastic knife and fork and just ate it with my hands. So definitely finger licking good. My only complaint besides disliking plastic is I Needed three napkins due to how thin they were

It took me a while to get back here since they rebuilt and reopened, but I am I glad I did! The staff was fantastic; they made everyone who walked in feel welcome! Our food was ready pretty quickly and it did not disappoint! It was so good, I was in the area again a couple of weeks later, so I stopped back in!

Needed a quick bite on our drive from St. Louis to Paducah and were pleasantly surprised by this spot. Clean seating area and restrooms, friendly staff, and quick service. Smoked fried wings and pulled pork sandwich were delicious. Of the sauces, the mango fire was our favorite!

I saw one of their billboards and decided to pull in and give this place a try. I drive an 18-wheeler and was glad to see they were right next to two truck stops. They also offered a small parking lot for trucks, as well. I'm so glad I gave it a try. From the moment I smelt the food from outside, I knew it had to be good. I've been all over, and this place definitely is up there. They could easily compete against Texas BBQ. I will definitely be back.

*I went with their 3 meat sampler and selected chicken, sausage, and pulled pork. I went with baked beans and slaw for my sides. Which cost extra. But everything was really, really good.

We saw a billboard on the interstate, advertising Fried Bologna sandwiches and knew we must stop. My mother-in-law loves Fried Bologna. PCB did not fail us. She loved every bite. I had the pulled pork sammy with a side of Mac n' cheese. My wife had the pulled pork and Mac n' cheese bowl. All were OUTSTANDING. I think our car in the parking lot lured others to come in. By the time we left, the dining area was pretty full.
