PSL Utilities was a lifesaver for me - literally the day before Thanksgiving, (with a house filled with guests), and my plumbing backed up. I’ve called and gotten different answers. I was having an issue paying with my card . And everyone I spoke with just kept transferring me to the payment department. BUT , WHEN I GOT ON THE PHONE WITH JESSICA , She made my payment process as easy can be. Was off the phone in less than minutes! Thank you Jessica! This review is specifically for Leslie in your customer service/billing department for the Water Department. I’ve been having issues with my Apple Pay feature to pay my bill and no one took the time she did to walk me through and explain the system had a glitch until I spoke to Leslie. She was amazing! We experienced a problem with our sewer system. We called PSL Utility Systems and Marcos answered the call. He was not able to access the tank at first but my son and I were able to get him access. He assessed the problem and immediately began working on it. He was able to reach Carlloyn to help assist with the draining of the tank. The two worked diligently on the issue and replaced parts as needed. They both were very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. They left with the problem fixed and we so appreciated the outstanding customer service that we received on a Saturday. They both receive a 5 star rating from us all. It is always refreshing to see individuals take pride in the service that they provide to customers. Thanks again Marcos and Carlloyn. Job Well Done!

The 1PSL is useless. I saw on the news where the City of PSL sent out a survey in January about the garbage situation. Well not only did I not get the survey neither did my neighbors. So who did it selectively go out too? I live a stones throw from the Administration office on Ariosto and PSL Blvd so why was this area missed in this important survey.

FCC is terrible. Waste Pro was not the best, but better than FCC.
