Installation of the solar system was seamless and very clean. I didn't know how many devices that had to be installed for the system so it looked a little overwhelming, but the system has proven to be a money saver, And the company has been responsive to my questions and concerns.

I do not ever write a review, but from the easy to work with salesperson to the project manager that was amazing with communications my 8kw system is the best investment I have ever made. With my SRP bill gone I just love what the Power of Our Sun has done for my home. They installed a new roof, insulated the attic, and installed the 8kw solar system in a timely and professional manner. I could not have asked for a better job and to quote the building inspector “this was one of the best solar installations he has ever seen”.

This company promised me that the install with Titan would be wonderful and that I would have everything installed and ready to go within two months. It is now 9 months later and my solar is finally working.
First, they promised me bird netting and a load controller included, but did not write this into the contract with Titan. I think they do this hoping you will forget about what they mentioned. They did eventually get them installed, but Titan has had to make 6 visits to my house to get everything right.
Then they sold me the incorrect number of panels. 16 panels for a 2,000 sq foot home is not enough to lower your SRP payment at all. I had been keeping my house warmer and those are the bills they were looking at, but I said THREE times that I wanted extra panels, so I could now keep my house cooler. In order to lower my SRP bill to where he said it should be, my house had to remain at about 82 or 83 degrees! Then I was pushed from my original sales person to his brother and he sold me an additional 8 panels at cost. This is my ONLY reason for giving them two stars, otherwise it would be one. Adding additional panels to the house not only made the side of my house look horrendous with all the extra boxes by my SRP meter, but the whole system was shut down over the summer while they had to get approval from Town of Gilbert to make changes to my electric panel.
In the end, I'm the one who had to make all the calls to Titan solar to actually get my system up and running. And when you call them, prepare to wait 25 minutes before you can speak with someone. My project manager never checked in with me and only followed up once when I escalated my case. No follow up after that. So be prepared to manage your own project, because they won't do it. You'll be in the dark about everything.
Also, they promise new insulation for your attic, new thermostats and new LED bulbs for the whole house. You will have to remind them about this about 5 times before they will come out. Just ask for $1,500 off your purchase price and leave it at that- unless you are looking for more hassle.

Salesman promises everything, read your contract its not included. Salesman will text with you, until he wants it not in writing, then he wants to call you. Almost 2 years since the conversation started. I was reluctant about what was offered, was told they would work it out. Gave me verbally a turn key system. Roof, Solar, Generator to run whole home. Got the roof about 6 months later, solar panels installed. When it came to the generator, google hive, and also was promised Gas tanks, filled, none of those are delivered. Cant get anyone to call me back. Talked to the install team with Titan, and they claim, they cant get in touch with Power of the Sun. Needless to say, I am not happy with Power of the Sun. They make many claims, but only to make a sale. and then don't deliver on it. My contract changed without notice, and without a call. Currently I am paying for a turn key system that I don't have all the parts. Jan 2023 will be 2 full years.

1 star is too much. They had a great sales pitch. However, once I signed paperwork communication went dark. It was months before my install got scheduled with zero calls or messages to me. My panels were installed two months ago and still haven't been switched on. Every time I call they say they'll call me back, but they never do.

The salesman also promised me services which they don't offer in my area (home energy audit), which I didn't learn until months after signing the agreement.

Started the process in April 2021. Install finally commenced in October 2021. Install was pretty seamless. Getting the final sign off from our local utility company went quickly once we called. However as of Jan 2022 we are still waiting on our green package which has been “shipped” multiple times as well as the backup Generac generator. Took a month or so of calls and threats to find out the generators are back ordered. Now our calls aren’t being returned and despite not having a complete system we are making monthly payments. Buyer beware. Had to give at least one star or they wouldn’t have gotten that.

Most recent update- the company has made good on their promise of the gift cards for our posts and pictures. Took a bit of time and not sure what happened but they did make it good and more. Thank you. ///. Update- we were promised gift cards for writing a review (and this review is accurate) but they have disappeared. Phone number isn’t connected. Person I talked with and texted can not be reached. I am going to report to the BBB since I understood I could reach them with questions and concerns. ///. Original review… Great company to work with in all aspects. Installation was easy and didn't disrupt our daily activities. The staff were easy to talk to and explained everything. In addition to a tax credit, we are saving an amazing amount of money each month! For several months we had a negative balance with APS. Glad we didn’t wait any longer get to install solar panels.

The installation process was good, however I wanted to get tax forms and confirm the status of my 6 month rebate check promised by their Senior Project Manager but have not been able to reach anyone. I have emailed and called multiple times and have not been able to get in touch with anyone. The check was supposed to have been mailed out in December of last year but it hasn't arrived yet.
