I called several businesses around and they were the only ones that could come out quickly. Not only were they fast and efficient but they were also very knowledgeable. I was told of a tree close to my drain field that will pose a problem in the future and needed to be removed before it was a costly repair. I highly recommend power rooter for you septic needs.

We had a plumbing emergency at our daughter's house in Live Oak.

Donnie responded to our urgent plea for help with our septic system. While we weren't having any backup into our house we were having issues with shower and sink drainage and gurgling water in the toilets. Donnie was prompt, professional, and exceedingly helpful. The price of the service was affordable compared to some other companies. He also came out in the DARK to pump out our tank! We will definitely use this company again!!!

I called Power Root about my septic and Donnie arrived within the hour of my call. Donnie ( the owner) was so helpful. He took his time with me and answered all of my questions, I had a lot. Donnie was able to fix my shower pressure in minutes. The best way to explain my experience is I felt like he was a family member. He showed me that he actually cared and that he wasn't out to get me for the money, but that he wanted to help resolve the issues I have/had. I am alsousing him to pump my septic and at a very fair price.
