Complete ripoff and disappointment. When I first used the product, it only re-charged my cell phone two times before I had to re-charge the unit again. I assumed that the device must not have been fully charged the first time so I made sure it was fully charged the next time and once again. After barely re-charging my phone twice, the unit was dead. I told them I believed that I had a defective device and they told me to mail it back. When I got the "second" one in the mail, the same exact thing happened again. I left a voice-mail explaining that this "second" device was also defective or more likely someone simply re-packaged the one that I returned and sent it back to me. Instead of getting a call back like before, I got an email from a Jacob asking what I needed. He never responded to any of my subsequent emails. If this company is still in business, I would advise anyone to stay away from them.

Extremely Happy !!! I bought 3 Power Pocket Plus units and recently bought a 4th. 3 were gifts and one for me. Every person has used the charger for their cars and twice was used for boats. We are all very happy with the unit. We keep it charged and in our cars. One of the folks I bought it for has ordered some as gifts for their family. There's no need for bulky jumper cables in your car or looking for someone to hook up to. It started the cars right up.

I purchased a PP1800 generator and two additional back up batteries. Also bought a solar/electric fridge. Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone OR reply to emails. I have been extremely disappointed in their no-service customer service. I have been a prepper for several years and Solutions from Science is the only company I have not been satisfied with. I would not recommend their products just because of their no-service department!

I purchased the solar generator and solar panels in 2016. We lived in our cabin, where it is installed, for 2 years and moved away a year. Now we are back at our cabin and we keep getting a ch 9 code and it doesn't work. We have repeatedly tried to call the company to see what is wrong and how to fix it and they don't answer their phone that is listed on their site. I paid approx $7,000 for this unit. What a waste of money if there is no tech support available to help us get it up and running. What a SHAME!

I got the Battery charger and Jump starter for a gift. I have tried to us it 3 times and it didn't have the power to start my car 2 times and the alligator clip for the neg. side broke off on the 3rd try to attach it to the battery. I tried to use it right after a full charge and it still wouldn't do it.

Poorly engineered product. They give lousy customer support and don't stand behind their products. My net loss was $114 plus a trashed $2,000 solar power generator.

I ordered the Pocket Power Plus, and it said in the and if you order 3 you get free shipping, they charged me over $90.00 to ship, I sent and email to Mr Bill Heid the owner, he set me and email, that stated that we charge to people in Alaska, this was not on there add, I told him if the shipping was not free, like his add stated, do not send it, I got a bill on my credit card, and no response fot Mr Bill Heid.
