Kaelene is fantastic. She’s awesome. There’s no question that she can’t answer and problems (if any) are immediately resolved. We’ve got a great solar system thanks to her. She explains everything that’s going to happen and got installed in a timely manner. The only problem was the electric company taking their time on the final inspection…..

Powersmith Solar rocks!! We couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, they took great care.

The sales rep took the time to explain all the options available to me & my wife and helped us choose the program that we felt was best suited for us. No high pressure sales, very chill. The installers were on time, courteous & cleaned up after themselves.

They sell products that are then not properly processed but you pay for. Definitely get an itemized contract with confirmation everything has been completed otherwise by the time you realize you don’t have something included in their sales pitch it will be too late. Just the icing on the cake for the non stop issues that they were supposed to be on top of but were far from. I’d definitely look elsewhere. Steve Huddleston and Carl Chapman were my sales associate and are yet to take responsibility for this misstep.

Had a fantastic experience with Powersmith Solar... Everyone there from Sales, to back-office, to the installers were super helpful and most importantly super responsive and organized. Carl was especially helpful in assisting me throughout all phases of the process and despite delays on part of the City and SCE always did a great job of checking in periodically even if were were just waiting things out in the 'queue'. Solar isn't cheap and there are unfortunately there a lot of shady untrustworthy companies out there so it was refreshing to go with one that I could trust and had my best interests in mind. Would highly recommend Powersmith for anyone on the fence of who to go with for their solar install needs.
