I don't like getting pushed into something the first time we meet. I like to learn and make an informed decision. I had several different solar companies come out, all very pushy. I never once felt as if Robb was being pushy, that left me in my comfort zone so I could make a decision. I could tell Robb had my best interest. You get what you pay for has been my experience with home service products, and "the cheapest always ends up the most expensive" Powersol USA was great value for me, And the sales rep wasn't commission hungry, his motives were pure. Robb told me from the beginning "we are not the cheapest in town, we're also not the most expensive, however we are the best" Then he proved it. You will not be disappointed, thank you Powersol USA and Robb.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Powersol USA for my 22.3 KW solar installation and I couldn't be happier with the results. As a local and small business, they bring a personal touch that is often missing with larger companies. The entire installation process was impressively fast, contract signed to installed in less than two weeks.

What stood out the most was their proactive approach. The team suggested a different type of racking system that was more suited to my roof than the original one I had considered. Not only did they order it, but I was also able to pick it up the same day, which was fantastic. The craftsmanship of the installation is excellent—these guys truly know what they’re doing.

Everyone from the company was pleasant to deal with and professional. They showed up when they said they would, did a clean installation without any problems. Eric the salesman was excellent to deal with. Vanessa in the office was professional and handled all my needs. Not to mention the owner coming out to make sure everything was okay. Nick and Vince sat with my husband and I and thoroughly explained the benefits of going solar. They were not pushy. They provided the information, we asked lots of questions and they answered every one of them. We never felt that they were trying to hustle us. The fact that PowerSol USA is Florida based was a no brainer for us. Why purchase solar panels from a company in Oregon or California? We have had our panels since May 2020 and we have no regrets. The customer service that I received from Joseph (the owner) was/is excellent. He communicates with us directly. He and his brother are honest.
