I have been a Realtor in Pinellas County since 2004. When another termite inspector was a little “overly apologetic” about having found dry wood termites in a garage that was being inspected for a client of mine, I called Jackie for a second opinion. The first inspector was going to charge $650 for his termite treatment. Jackie did the inspection, found no termites, and gave us a clean WDO (wood-destroying organism) report for the lender.
I value honesty and integrity, and have been recommending Jackie and PPP for years.
I also use them for my own home.

HIGHLY recommended! Due to circumstances out of my control, it was the last day for me to obtain an inspection per contract on purchasing a new home. I called Precision Pest Prevention they worked me in! When i explained my dilemma, Kim was helpful and professional. It was a lot to ask but the technician, Kyle showed up at the home within 2 hours! I will be using them for all my pest prevention needs! Affordable and superb service !

nothing is worse than moving into a new home and finding it is infested with roaches. luckily i found this company. They came out on time and made the visit a pleasant one, getting my new home roach free before i moved in. Highly recommend, Kyle did a great job. The initial contact one makes with a prospective client should always be positive, or else you risk losing business. PPP has figured that out, because my initial call with Kim last week was very pleasant, and she was most helpful! If it were anything less I would have simply called another company for my pest control needs. I proceeded to schedule my appointment for an initial consultation with Kyle. He arrived today on time and conducted a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of our home. He was there for our ant and silverfish problem. However, during the visit we happened upon a nest of Australian roaches that had taken up residence in a seagrass bin that I was using to store plastic grocery bags. I have an extreme roach phobia so needless to say, I was a tad freaked out, to the point of near hysteria. Kyle very kindly and calmly addressed the issue immediately for me by removing the bin and destroying the nasty crawling critters, placing me at ease once again. We are now a new PPP client for regular home treatments. Thanks, Kyle!

I would never recommend this company to anyone, had them out for an ant issue , within days after treatment I had more ants then I had before they treated and then noticed a few roaches in the garage, I called them to come back out , same issue again. Left them several messages , when they returned my call the man on the phone was so rude and unprofessional! What a waste of my $
