The staff are wonderful here, friendly, helpful, attentive, conversational. I don't understand the bad reviews, I had a completely different experience with the service. Rooms are super clean, spacious, comfortable. Windows are solid, blocks sound, and they open full for fresh air. AC works perfect for summer! Happy hour us 50% off any drink! Price-performance is excellent. Be aware that you can only book online, you cannot arrive at the hotel and ask for a room on demand. Neighbourhood is clean, safe and restaurants nearby.

Myself and my partner arrived here to say on the evening of the 04th of October. After a long day of travelling we were told our room had been cancelled and resold. We were absolutely disgusted to be told this with no explanation we were extremely confused. After we asked why the receptionist said we had not provided card details to confirm booking so she cancelled it.. but we had actually rang the hotel directly the night before to amend the booking from 3 to 2 nights and rang premier inn helpline again the morning of arrival to confirm the price of the ammended booking.. Nobody had mentioned to us a card had to be provided and no email was sent to me asking for card details. There was no notification of the cancellation before we arrived either. I received this cancellation email 15minutes after we left. This ordeal left me in tears in the lobby of the hotel and we had to leave to find alternative accommodation late at night. The lady I dealt with really had no remorse and seemed like she didnt care. Having stayed in this premier inn before I never was treated like this and im disgusted and disappointed. ☹️

Clean and quiet, great location, and good price. Heating inside the room worked well. Hot shower was available and a hairdryer was present in the room. There is a mall nearby for whatever you may need. Wifi was bad though so I think your own data is necessary.

First stop in our Germany trip. Very nice place, clean and comfort, walking 15mins distance to central train station. |Caroline (maybe this is the right spelling, my hubby can’t remember exactly ?) in the reception is really kind and helpful.|Breakfast is good but would like to have more options. Corridor air circulation a bit bad though. |Can’t figure out how to rate as 4.5 so I gave 5

A functional hotel, perfect for people working at the Messe. Disappointing that they do not offer option of rooms cleaned everyday but understand cost / environmental impact. Only there 3 nights so no real issue, clean towels available at reception. Unable to put bar tab on room and were made to pay each drink. Everything you wanted for breakfast but felt like something was missing.

Great quality premier inn, even better than some in the UK. Wonderful sleep in peaceful rooms, decent breakfast and nice bar area downstairs too. Came here for the marathon, couldn’t ask for a better location for the start lines ||Credit to Abdul for his wonderful service and always being on hand at reception. ||Only area to improve is the smell of sewage in bathroom on rooms on second floor.

Very good price quality ratio for a family room. Ideal location close to the festhalle (so very convenient to attend any event there). Staff is nice and room was clean. I will return for sure for my next visit.
