Tom and his son put on a good show. Tons of good reviews. They were kind and courteous.I contacted them to clean my gutters( specifically a down spout that wouldn't drain). On arrival I pointed out the problem spout and let them get to work. Fast forward a few weeks when we finally had some rain to test their work. The spout wasn't cleared. It was actually worse than before. You can see in the photos how the water starts pouring back towards the house. They also charge an additional fee to remove gutter guards if you have them( makes total sense). What doesn't make sense is that they bent my guards instead of removing them and didn't even put it back. Then charged me for that.

When trying to contact Tom, you never get a call back. I have several emails I've sent as well. He did respond once that a refund would be issued but no receipt of a refund and has since gone dark. It has also been over 30+ business days and still no sign of refund or word from them.

THIS COMPANY'S GUARANTEE ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR A REFUND IS A LIE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HIRE SOMEONE WHO WILL RESPECT YOUR TIME AND PROPERTY.

I hope others take the time to really dig into reviews and you will find other instances of unresponsiveness once their work is questioned. If I could give them less stars I would.

I don't like writing reviews especially if they are bad. DO NOT use this company. I hired them as a sub contractor, agreed on a CASH price. They told me they were gonna send me a bill, then they decided since they had my card on file they would just run it WITHOUT my consent. Tom apologized and told me he would give me a discount on Christmas lights this year.

I reached out and OF COURSE when that time came he said they have raised their prices and it was going to only save me about $100. I asked for an additional $50 off paying cash. I have now sent 7 emails over 3 weeks and not a single call or reply for him

Very professional great work everytime no mater what service you request.

Premiere has cleaned two houses for me. Exterior clean and full window service. Also have had the Christmas light.

Premiere has hung out lights and wreath for two years now. They are Courteous, respectful, on time and highly reliable. This is the best way to decorate your outside house for the holidays.
