In 2019 I was sold a system through Prime Energy that was going to produce what I was promised. I have questioned on several occasions the under performance and poor install. However was assured that the system was working as intended and install was professionally completed. I have a system that is not producing properly, needs parts replaced to gain optimum performance and hardware loose on the roof. Contacting the installers, I am advised that they no longer service the northeast and to contact someone local to address these problems. Contacted Prime Energy as they are the ones who sold me the system, they advise me they are in a legal bind with the installers and was quickly dismissed. I have a signed contract that states the system is covered under a workmanship warranty. Meaning I as the customer should not be responsible for any out of pocket expenses. I have another local company trying to assist me with this dilemma and costs are beginning to amount that I shouldn't haven't to incur. Prime Energy as a company should be held responsible for what their customer is going though. Locate a company or themselves come and make the necessary repairs or incur the costs for repairs. I am confident there are others customers that Prime Energy has sold systems to with a similar problems and having these installers do the job.

I installed solar on my home in 2022. The installation was smooth, efficient, and very well done. HOWEVER, what I am really impressed by is the customer service. I had and issue with my solar panels in June of 2024 and half of my units were not working. I called prime and within a few days they had a tech out to look at my panels and had them fixed and back up running at full efficency. In an age where a lot of companies will try to wiggle out of a warranty or try to find an excuse to sell you more products, it is nice to know at least one company sticks by their word and fixes your issues with no additional hassle. Thank you to all who assisted me.

Although I was very skeptical to install solar, I'm so glad I did. My electric bill has been zero dollars. Prime solar is timely and efficient. Everything that was promised was delivered. I especially am in love with the heat pump. The installation went smoothly, the team was great. The process was explained, including the expected delays and potential issues with the UI.
