Very pleased with their service. We just purchased a house and we needed the fireplace (gas) checked before we used it. Was able to get an appointment pretty quickly and Nick the technician laid all the information out for us. PRO Air was recommended by a friend, so when I looked for a local Carrier dealer I was happy they were listed. Everyone was great to work with, from the first call to the office, to the visit to check out my needs, to the financial explanation and assistance, to the HVAC installation. They even brought by some space heaters to keep me safe until they could do the install. The installers were great, left my basement cleaner than before, and went over everything with me when they were finished. The owner/salesperson expressed concern for my safety due to potential carbon monoxide issues with my old system and made me promise to get a new furnace whether or not it was from him. That’s the type of person I want working on my home! I have no hesitation to recommend them 💯.

We had ProAir come to look at our fireplace. We bought our house in December and couldn’t get it to light. Daren was the tech that was assigned to help us and he was awesome! He took everything apart and figured out the problem in a short while! He then vacuumed the fireplace out and made sure everything was in great working order for us. He also took the time to explain to me how to get the fireplace to light and made sure I was comfortable with it. We will definitely be calling ProAir for our fireplace needs!

Always the best! Have been with these guys for over 20 years. I highly recommend them. We've purchased new systems from them, had them service or existing systems in 2 houses, used them for duct cleaning and we have always been pleased.
