Five stars is not enough for Winston and his company. We have worked with many contractors over the years but Winston tops them all. He was very responsive to my initial contact and quick to communicate throughout the project. We have a historic home where the entryway tile and grout needed some TLC. I did not have a lot of hope for the outcome since the tile and grout are almost 100 years old. He finished cleaning and sealing the floor and it looks fantastic. We are so glad we found Winston and highly recommend his company ProClean Environmental.

Winston at ProClean Environmental is AMAZING!! He was referred to us by David at Coastline Tile and Shower. We contacted Winston due to a bathroom water leak and not knowing for sure where it was coming from and for asbestos testing. He was very busy helping out folks impacted by the recent LA fires but found the time to squeeze us in. He is extremely professional yet friendly, courteous and kind! And he got us results quickly!! Winston, the owner of Pro Clean Environmental is hands-down the best contractor I have ever hired or worked with in my life. He is kind, responsible, exceedingly professional, highly responsive, fair, great at explaining technical things, compassionate, Under promises and over delivers, and completely reliable. I had a terrific experience with him and his totally lovely and equally professional and kind staff when I hired them to remediate my home from smoke damage from the recent fires. He and his staff put me at ease, he answered all of my many questions, met me in person twice, and even offered to come check things in a few weeks. He and his staff did an outstanding job making my home safe and I trust them entirely. Do yourself a favor the time and headache of researching anyone else. He and his company were a bright spot in a very challenging time and I would use them again in an instant.

I highly recommend ProClean Environmental! They provide a wonderful combination of up-to-date professional know-how and old-fashioned honesty and care. I was concerned about a possible mold issue in our apartment, and the owner, Winston, was so extremely gracious and helpful. He offered to come by the very next day to do a basic moisture assessment and didn’t even charge us, though he certainly could have. He then gave me a very honest and straightforward analysis of our situation and the likelihood of various scenarios and options going forward.
