Really awesome folks to work with! They left our basement completely spotless - You would never have known that they were drilling into foundation hours earlier; no residual dust. Everything they installed seemed to be done with a really high bar for craft and respect to the house.

Beyond that, when they drilled into our foundation, they found a few things with our plumbing that they flagged to us. The owner even went ahead and checked with their plumber to make sure that something in our house was done correctly and reported back. All of this to say: This company is super thorough, absolutely know what they’re doing, and are super kind. Would highly recommend!

Eric visited my house earlier than our scheduled appointment. I dd not get a second estimate after meeting Eric.
He suggested having the mitigation system and provided two estimates that day. The installers (Brandon and Sean) were on time, completed the job in less than 3 hours. They kept me informed of the work and answered all my questions. Highly recommend using his company.

Highly recommend. Eric assessed our situation, clearly explaining how he planned to remediate. Eric and another technician came out to install our system on a miserable winter day and they did a wonderful job. Our current reading is now 1.0, way down from the previous reading of over 11!

I can’t speak highly enough of ProRadon and would definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family! I originally had hired another radon company that not only did a terrible job, but also couldn’t fix my radon issue. Luckily I contacted ProRadon, as Shannon had spent hours on the phone with me to listen to the issues I was having and answered all the questions I had. She was able to get Eric to my house the following day to check out the work done by a different company. Eric was able to point out and explain what the issues were and ensure me that my radon problem could be fixed. Brandon came out to correct the job and install a new system. He did a wonderful job and also took time to show me exactly what work he had done and installed, and also explained what poor work the other company had done and not only fixed those issues, but had also cleaned up after them. ProRadon is the absolute best and I’m so glad I found them!

I’m giving this business one star just to give a review. I wanted to get consultation on radon mitigation on my property and found this company on line. I initially spoke with Shannon who sounded very convincing about their services and set up an appointment at a specific time frame. I called the company when I started to feel no one was going to show up and Shannon answered and stated that my appointment was cancelled. I was baffled since I never canceled it. I pressed her on how the appointment was cancelled and she couldn’t give me an answer. I had to rearrange my day just to be at home during the agreed hours. Later Shannon called and said it was her who cancelled my appointment by mistake. The owner called and apologized and said he could be at my house in an hour or so. The bottom line for the customer is to show up when you are supposed to or if you are not at least have the courtesy to call. If a business starts its relationship with a customer this way I don’t want anything to do with them. Honestly I think they just made up a story and didn’t want to show up on a Friday afternoon that late. The employee got thirsty and the gin mill called.
