Great company!
This is the second time I have used them to replace my roof. The first time was a few years back after I bought my house. It needed a re-roof immediately.
Hurricane Milton uprooted my neighbor's tree and it landed on the roof this time.
From the beginning, I was able to get into touch with them and Forrest came out to look at the damage. Unfortunately, I needed an entire re-roof.
Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. The crew knocked it out in just over a day. Although I hope I won’t need any roof work in the near future (at least for the next 15 years or so), if I do, I won’t hesitate to contact Pro Roof again.

These guys are terrific! They replaced a 6000 ft shingle roof making repairs to the wooden decking and covering every base ...there is a reason they have a near perfect bunch of reviews ...unlike other roofers I have worked with who are not responsive or prompt these guys have outstanding communication skills in addition to being exceedingly competent throughout their entire team. A total pleasure to work with and very cost-effective at the same time. I simply could not recommend them more highly!

Professional from start to finish. Explained the process and costs fully before work started. Workers were on time, worked efficiently and quickly and cleaned up when done. After completion, we were sent all documentation we would need for insurance: signed contract, permit, final invoice and plenty of pictures that showed all the work that was done. This was truly one of the best experiences we have had with a contractor. I will recommend Professional Roof Technology to anyone who is in need of roof repair or installation.

They were highly recommended by several neighbors and I was very happy with the communication throughout the process and the amazing work the crew did.
Lots of boards had to be replaced and they also use 4 nails per clip for wind mitigation report to send your insurance company

They also provided tons of pictures of the entire replacement process to show old boards, new ones and the clips.
Also had the attic breeze installed which will help on AC bills this summer.

Tom and Mike were great to work with and I knew I had a very reputable company when the city of St Pete inspector came and said Tom’s company does a great job and he asks Tom when he has questions!!

Showed up 90 minutes late, then complained I didn't tell him the roof was new. This from a "professional" with "years of experience" who literally asked me NO questions from my text request. Just scheduled me. Gaslighting isn't very professional IMHO. Wouldn't even come inside to look at the problem, nor climb on the roof because he was "tired" and "the roof is under warranty anyway". Okay fella. Where I come from "professional" has a different definition. My ADD thanks you for making me wait all afternoon. Take care.
