Christina Gross was an absolute pleasure to work with. Christina’s easy going personality, sprinkled with bit of southern charm made conversing with her a breeze. She reviewed our current energy contract and consumption. Even though Christina was unable to assist us in getting a better rate (currently locked into a contract with another provider) she took the time to explain in detail how energy contracts work and what, as a consumer, we should be looking at before signing a contract. Christina clearly displayed a sincere willingness to put the customer needs first, before profit. We will definitely be seeking Christina’s advice before signing another contract.

I worked with Christina Gross, she did a fantastic job of walking me through the process of checking to see if her company could save me money on my energy bill. I was skeptical at first, thinking it was one of the 100 telemarketing calls I get a month, let me tell you I am glad I let her look at my energy bill as she saved me several hundred dollars a month. Christina even called me back several months later to check on how the transition went, that's not normal in the Telemarketing business. I highly recommend her, give her a chance to do the same for you.

I am so pleased with Progressive. I had forgotten our contract was up with a previous supplier and the rep I had been dealing with (Jamie) got back in touch with me. She gave me a great rate and the customer service was outstanding. She was friendly, pleasant and very accommodating. If she is an example of their staff I will give the 6 stars

Thought I finally found reliable broker for my energy services, but again I was duped. Prices these days and have been extremely volatile so I mentioned how I got ripped off with my previous broker so I wanted to make sure we had a way to redo a contract if the prices decreased. I was told there were grace periods if I signed as well considering I had to sign a contract within 20 minutes of receiving the contract or else I would lose the "good" rate. Fortunately, I was able to get that from my electricity side where they honored the grace period, but when it came to the gas, it was completely the opposite. I ended up paying around $0.13/therm more than the current cost (found out from another broker) and tried to cancel the contract the next day. They said the supplier wouldn't allow it. I trusted the broker and signed the contract thinking there would be a grace period (cause that's what they said) and/or allowed me to restructure the contract if the rates ended up being lower. However, the broker didn't claim any responsibility and basically expected me to pay a $3500 cancellation fee or pay $0.13/therm extra. Now if I make a mistake with a customer, I'll bite the bullet and eat the fee to make it right because I was told incorrect information. If I was told the correct information, I wouldn't have signed the contract that I was pressured to get done to keep the "good pricing" Regardless, I learned my lesson yet again.

Kudos to Timothy Green and Jamie Willis for working on our
behalf to recoup market rate charges by Champion due to a
snafu which occurred when starting a new contract. Timothy
worked diligently to get us our credit, and Jamie has delivered
fine service since her initial contact with our company.
I will always check in with Progressive when the various utility
contracts I deal with come due. THANKS TO BOTH FOR AN
