Rarely in today's world does one get exactly what one agrees on. Our repair process with Pro-Line was exactly that. From my neighbor's referral, to meeting Rob Ashley and having him come to my home and walk through our needs for repair, to the arrival of Gabriel and Humberto and spending a week with them observing their meticulous masterwork, this experience exceeded my expectations. This is our second time working with David and Pro-Line. They did our roof a few years ago and did a great job so we got an estimate for a kitchen remodel. Compared to a few other estimates theirs was competitive but also cheaper/reasonable. We knocked down a wall and put in an island. We had new flooring and lighting installed as well. The crew was efficient and respectful. They stuck with their timelines and helped us making some layout and hardware choices. I would highly recommend working with them for your next project.

Before moving forward, we had thoroughly researched different contractors in the area and got a few estimates. Pro-Line was very quick to respond, come out to our house, and turn around the estimate for us to review. Their pricing was very competitive. From start to finish, the communication was always top notch, even when I asked them to add on different components in the midst of the project. They continually provided updates and never made me feel like I was in the dark with what was going on. Dave, Janet, and the whole crew were absolutely wonderful to work with. Whenever I had questions along the way, whether it be about picking colors or about something that was being done at the house, they were happy to walk me through anything. They made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The end result of the work is fantastic and the customer service provided along the way was in a league of its own. I am so appreciative of everything the Pro-Line team did.

Received a quote on 4/22/24. Asked them to come back and bring sample colors to make sure they had the color decking I wanted and to revise the quote since I was making a few changes. 3 months later and 4 phone calls and not once did the office and/or owner reach out to me to schedule an appointment. Can't imagine doing business with a company that doesn't return calls & wants almost $14,000 in advance of making sure they have the color decking I wanted.

After talking with and having estimates done on the roof of my house, I found Pro-Line to be the most affordable and honest company. They did exactly what needed to be done without trying to sell me more. Their promptness was great seeing as I worried that it would start to be a busy time for them. Pro-Line has been our contractor for well over 20 years. In lieu of this, along with all the work they’ve completed for us, I definitely have an opinion.

Pro-Line has completed numerous projects for us: new roof (twice), gutters, fascia & soffit, 2 redesigned bathrooms, new kitchen, new patio, re-pitched stairs and new oak kitchen/great room floor. On top of that, my oak kitchen table had been damaged and they were able to re-finish it back to its original beauty. As you can see, it doesn’t matter how large or small the job is.

Pro-Line is a highly professional and more importantly, trustworthy company. Dave (the owner) and his wife Patti have always been patient and courteous. The office staff showed a high level of responsiveness and respect. We have been a happy, satisfied and devoted customer. It must also be said that when you have insurance damages, Pro-Line assists in navigating the insurance claim process.

Pro-Line also pays amazing attention to detail. This firm is full service -- from creating the design to following through in making it exactly as it was planned. Everyone at this company, from the person answering the phone to the owners, along with the craftsman work hard to make one's renovations go truly smooth.

Pro-Line is an excellent company that strives to fully satisfy. This was the only company that truly listened to my desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. As each project progressed, Dave would stop in to inspect the work being done.

As you can see, they have a devoted customer for life. We have and will continue to recommend to everyone who needs a contractor to first call Pro-Line.

We have been using Pro-Line for years. When we first scheduled an appointment they exceeded our expectations. The professionalism exhibited from the very beginning with the design of our project and the review of the contract was so thorough we felt extremely confident we were in the right hands. After interviewing a few potential competitors it was nice not to feel as if I was dealing with a used car lot and having to negotiate pricing. Communications were exceptional with our project manager, Dave who listened carefully while asking us detailed questions. Once the job started the work crews showed up and were a great bunch of professional men with an impeccable work ethic that I would trust with my family around. The craftsmanship on all elements of our home is outstanding.
Due to being long term customers I have used them a few times and they fail to delivery the same end result and customer care. The pricing I found is usually the most affordable for the quality of work. The few places I found that quoted me less did not have a positive reputation so it wasn’t worth the few dollars worth of savings in my opinion. One thing I’ll add that I inadvertently came across that didn’t make my house look better or save me any money but was pretty cool none-the-less was some community projects in the area they did. They support some of the athletic fields with structural improvements and other projects that benefit kids. Not a savings mechanism but a little bonus knowing my money is being put to good use. This is really the only place I consider using for projects outside of small or handyman type repairs.
