DON'T DO IT! Go with another company. It took them 4 attempts to get my garage and patio done, and there are still bubbles in my patio, which they have refused to fix. They also left a huge mess on my patio and in my garage. They damaged the base boards all the way around the garage, left duct tape all over my patio and had to borrow my bed sheets to block the sun, because they didn't do the patio in the morning for the 4th day in a row, WHICH THEY NAILED THROUGH AND RUINED!!! I paid this company several thousand dollars for a shoddy job, damage to my home, a $150 set of bed sheets ruined, and a huge mess that I had to clean up myself. You'd be better off just not getting the floor done. The attached photos are of the damage and mess they left after they were supposedly done. I informed Adam of the damage/mess, and they have not returned or offered to fix any of the damage to my home.

PROS did an amazing job on my bathroom floors!!! They had the best prices(and I quoted a lot of flooring companies) the guys that did it were very respectful and responsible. They got them done quickly. Adam is the absolute best also. He always answered my calls if I had questions.

I want to highly recommend Pros Floors for installing fences. They did a beautiful job installing my Weatherables backyard fence. They show up when they say they are coming and they continue to show up daily until they finish the job. They are very courteous and I am thrilled with the awesome job they did in putting up my privacy fence. I am glad I chose them to install my fence.

5 stars on quality of flooring. You will not be disappointed. Great looking floors. Three stars on communication/punctuality as to what time they will arrive. Nonetheless, they work extremely hard and the floors look awesome.

Terrible Experience!
When you hire a company, you just want them to do the job right. You never want things to go so badly that you need to warn others about a terrible service experience. But that’s where we are with Pro Floors LLC.
We hired them based on their positive reviews but they ruined our outdoor stamped patio. They saturated it with color and sealer. The only options to fix it are - put down an overlay or rip the patio out and have another one poured. Both options are expensive, ~$10,000.
I’ve called and texted them many times but they stopped answering my calls or responding to texts.
Initially, they sealed the stamped concrete patio when the weather was too hot. The sealer bubbled and turned white. After months of calling & texting, they finally came back out.
To fix that mistake, they laid a heavy coat of dark stain sealed with a high gloss sealer. It was not the look I wanted but I was sick of dealing with them and was just going to live with it BUT when it dried, we discovered a huge safety issue. It was super slick. Despite telling them it was a safety issue, they didn’t return for months even though I was pleading with them thru multiple texts and phone calls.
They finally sent a crew out to remove the color/sealer with a high pressure washer & sander but that failed. They recommended grinding off the stamped portion of the patio and laying down another coat of stain & sealer. We weren’t comfortable proceeding with that plan until we could visit a property to see what the end result would look like. They were supposed to set up a site visit. They did not. Now they aren’t responding to texts or phone calls.
We’ve had 5 contractors come look at the stamped patio. All agree the surface of stamped patio is ruined.
We completely understand that sometimes things go wrong on a project. An honest, reputable company will do everything in their power to make it right. Pro Floors LLC made not one but two mistakes on this project. They walked away and left us to deal with their mess and the expense of an overlay or replacement.
