Called today to request a quote to add a backup battery to my existing system. Not sure why it matter that I didn't purchase my panels through pro solar. Either way, better to find out how difficult it would be to do business sooner rather than later. People who answer youre phones need to actively listen, ask the proper questions, and send out a rep. Your call center lost my business.

The assistant was very nice and courteous, but the company really should try to accommodate repair calls in which they were selected as the maintenance provider. I have an Enphase System and the original installer is no longer operating. Via the Enphase app, it clearly states ProSolar can review my production data, analysis, and run reports. It also shows them as the system maintainer. Nevertheless, for odd reasons, ProSolar shows no record of my system, and thus was told since my solar system was installed by another party, ProSolar can't commit to my repair as their too busy with customers that selected to install with them. It is infuriating as I called previously only told initially to call back so they can support my repair due to being too busy with their installations. This time, it was the same except besides being too busy with installations, they now can't commit to any future repair schedules as I never did an installation through them. In this age of digital reviews, ProSolar should have tried to make a commitment especially as my control panel shows them as the maintainer.

Good day everyone , I’m very excited to write a review for Prosolar !
This is my second system installed by Prosolar , the previous home that I owned , I had a solar panel system installed, had the best experience with Prosolar. Very overwhelmed at the time with the idea of which solar company to go with , had about 3 different estimates Two other companies told me what I wanted to hear just to try and make the sale , Prosolar made me put my feet back on the ground again , explained and told me reality.Their honesty made me realize they were truly sincere ,down to earth people, they did not make vague promises.They made sure to promise everything they were going to fulfill , since the beginning they have lived to their promises , at Sunrise they did take longer than promised , but it was because anybody that lives at sunrise can attest,the city of sunrise are just full of bureaucratic regulations and very hard to work with. I’m going to explain in a few words how much money I have saved by having solar panels.

I put 25,000 miles a year on my SUV (distribution Company ) 450.00 gas per month.
my wife’s car 150.00 a month
In total 850.00 Dollar per month
Purchased two electric cars Kia EV6
Total FPL Bill at sunrise after Solar panels $75.00
Total monthly saving $775.00
That is how much I save charging my car everyday and my wife’s EV6 twice a week
Recently sold my house and purchased a house in Southwest Ranches , first thing I did was install my second system , needles to say by Prosolar , sorry but that’s how satisfied I have been. Would not do it with Any other company

I was hesitating about 4 or 5 start review, sadly we cannot put 4.5 or similar, I think this review should be something around 4.5 and 4.75

I installed a 11kw system with Prosolar including roof replacement. The project is now completed, but the process was not totally perfect, if you are wondering about if I would do it again, my answer is yes

Bad things about the project
- When you sign they say in 3 months your project should be completed, mine took from October 17th (sign) to May 19th (meter replacement) do your math on this.
- If after reading point 1 you think you can blame the city and permissions approval, then keep reading. According to Prosolar schedule their engineering department should take 1 month to plan the project, in my case they took 2 months.
- You can add another 15 days for Prosolar to start working after the permits were approved
- And on top of that you can add another month after the full work was completed for my power company to replace the meter, <<-- Guy from my power company told me this was FAST they (FPL) usually took anywhere from 2 months to 1 year, I do nothing that should take that much but those are the words from the guy doing the replacement, so be aware I warned you!! - If your seller tells you they do the full work and do not subcontract other companies, I am warning you, he told me the same, but my roof and my electrical sub-panel were done by third parties. - Manager or Project manager for the solar panel installation NEVER called me in advance to coordinate when their guys will work, they guys just show up on my door at 8am any day saying "we are going to work today". If you do not get this point let me tell you the solar team does not work in your project for X days in a row, they come one day do part of the job, call inspectors, then work another day, call inspectors again and so on, so it would be nice if someone let you know in advance when they are coming so you can be prepared and also what if you going to be in vacations Remember we are talking my project took like 7 months or so. Good things about the project - I got an honest seller (his name Oscar) he guided me through the process and explained every question I had. I have a degree in telecommunications and electricity so I do not expect him to answer my toughest questions, but in that case he relayed the question to their engineering department and days later he came back with the answer - Before signing any document I called Prosolar pretending to be customer, guess what A human been took the phone, aka nothing about a supper complicated menu of options to make you abandon your call - After signing documents, each time I called Prosolar for any question about my project, the person who took my call took responsibility of it and almost always I got a response on my case, few hours or few days later, the only exceptions ... you guess it, were with the solar project manager, he never show up, not even on the phone - All the paper work they submitted to the city was approved with out any error, push back or complain, I can say the same for all the inspections as well, so I have to say "Prosolar knows what they are doing" - Roof manager called me 1 or 2 days before each time they need to work on my house, so I can be prepared - I asked for an specific brand of solar panel to be installed and they did honor that - The system works fine and my electric bill was reduced a lot, I am happy on that part - No roof leaks so far - When you sign the contract you agree to start paying the debt 3 months later, so in my case that would be January, but instead of that I started paying on June, I was worried about that, but I did not have to do anything special, Prosolar took care of that part in a clean way My recommendations - Shop around, shop around, and shop around do not sign with the first seller that comes to your house, even if he promise you can cancel in the next 3 days without penalty - Take pictures and videos of everything!

From the very first meeting with Jorge, our experience with ProSolar was very positive and professional. All of the details of the plan were worked out to our satisfaction, questions were answered and every assurance we were given came to fruition. The work was done quickly and well, especially considering the atmosphere of the pandemic, and we are extremely satisfied with our investment! We went from a $300+ monthly light bill to just $10.76!!! My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend ProSolar for your solar panel needs! Even months after the work has been completed, Jorge still responds promptly to every question that comes up…very satisfied with the customer service of this excellent company!

After Hurricane Milton i reach-out to a neighbor which i recommended to install the Prosolar system, he mentioned that every 6 months he had to adjust the Torque on hist screws because they come loose, so i reach-out to Prosolar and informed the situation and since Hurricane Milton hit hard on this area the can adjust the system to better get attach to my house and prevent any future damage, they refuse to do any service if i am not willing to pay $400 since my system is producing they have no responsibility, and even suggested they will cancel the warranty on my referral since he checked his screws even-though he used a torque not a drill that Prosolar use to install. this kind of companies with this customer service are deplorable.

I am happy to write a review for ProSolar based on my experience. Their team installed a 31 KW residential system on my home in Davie, FL. From the original sales appointment with Jonathan Rush all the way through the final walk through with Juan Acosta, the experience has been nothing but professional and the work was completed without exception. Their installation team kept the site free of any debris and cleaned up each day. I have no problem recommending ProSolar for all solar needs including their commercial work, which we have engaged with their team to install solar to cover our office's electrical needs. Overall, their work is top notch and I feel anyone will not regret making the decision to hire ProSolar over other solar companies out there.

ProSolar did an excellent job on my 17.82KW array. Everybody who touched our project from start to finish was excellent, from the salesman (Leonardo De Andrade) to the project manager (Miguel Salazar) and everybody in between. They were communicative, professional, prompt and reliable. I would use them again on another home or refer them to family and friends without hesitation.
