Reliant did a terrific job installing our radon mitigation system. From start to finish, Terry and her team were professional and responsive. They accommodated multiple scheduling changes we needed to make due to our travel schedule. The installation itself really blew me away -- the installer thoroughly cleaned up everything from his work (including painting the system to match the siding of the house) and didn't leave a trace. Terrific company and highly recommended.

Could not recommend this entire team more highly. We bought our home a few months ago and as part of the inspection, it was determined our radon levels needed to be lowered. The sellers hired a different company whom, after 6 separate attempts to resolve the issue were unable to.

At this point we had Reliant Radon come in and they fixed the issue on the first try. The feeling my wife and I got from watching our radon levels plummet within a day of their visit cannot be expressed in words, especially given how long it took to get this resolved in the first place. Just use Reliant, they're better.

Reliant Radon did a beautiful job at installing our radon mitigation system! But what made a huge difference was the level of service. The estimate tech was spot on time and even called 20 min before to let us know he was on his way. Installation tech was very nice and did beautiful work. Terry (owner) was patient with us when we found out that credit cards were compromised! Highly recommend!!! I felt like a valued client and not just a number. Thank you!!!

I would highly recommend Reliant Radon Solutions for their professionalism, speed, and quality of work.

Reliant performed the testing and subsequently performed the Radon mitigation. They were fast. I was able to schedule the mitigation work within a few days after the test results. They sent a good man named Jay who showed up on time (8:30am driving from Lakewood to Lafayette) and worked the long day (finished up after dark - 7:30pm). I was impressed with the engineering and thoroughness of Reliant’s mitigation process. Jay knew exactly what he was doing, had all the materials he needed, and went after it for ten hours straight.

The office staff at Reliant was also impressive. Tina and Terry were quick to respond to any questions and/or requests. Top shelf all around.

Reliant Radon installed a radon mitigation system that included our crawl space and basement areas. Joe and Jackson did a fantastic job. They were extremely professional and courteous throughout the job. Additionally, they did their absolute best to keep the work areas clean during and after completion. If you need any radon work done, look no further than Terry and her team at Reliant Radon. Seriously- they are amazing! Our house was a bit of a complicated situation- we already had a system installed but were still getting high radon levels. We had previously tried two other companies and weren't impressed. We found Terry, and I'm so glad we did. Terry and her team are thoughtful, attentive and really want to solve your radon problem. Jay installed a second system, and it was seamless. He was at the house most of the day, but worked so quickly and we hardly even knew he was here! Best of all mitigation worked, and we now have levels well below the EPA action level. Tina is incredibly responsive. I can't say enough good things about Reliant Radon, and I wouldn't use anyone else!

Reliant Radon Solutions did a wonderful job of assessing our older home (almost 100 years old) and the best way to install radon mitigation solutions. The installers were professional, took Covid precautions, timely in their work and had excellent communication skills. The company's owner did the initial walk through of our home and the follow-up couldn't have been any better. Highly recommend this company!
