The Arverne,NY Rockaway blvd office is the worse. The caucasian woman there is rude and arrogant. They turned my friend service off after full payment was made I'm the morning because they knowingly failed to add the notes that payment was made or they simply forgot to follow protocol. Either way no service after payment and arraignment was met. They need new staff or customer service training. Tude and mean to the highest power.they don't care about your needs just collecting payment

They are very rude and obnoxious when you are behind in a payment. They only treat you good when you dont need them at the 2820 Rockaways Blvd location.
